We love Ewas and go/get take out regularly, but we have had some inconsistencies in ordering, spicy level, forgetting parts of take out, receiving the wrong salad. Love y'all, but please a touch more attention to detail.

Food was delicious. I ordered temp of 4/5 and was disappointed that it wasn't actually hot. I guess they assume people don't order correctly? Not sure but I expected a 4/5 to be hot, just not thai hot. That was my only complaint. Otherwise the food was amazing!Dietary restrictions: Required gluten free

Very bad experience, one point is not scored because it is worth one point. But the lowest is only one point. After waiting for more than an hour to serve, it still missed some. The waiter doesn't care. fine.

Decent place for lunch or quick inexpensive dinner. Food is a bit over salted to my taste, but service was quick and overall food tasted good.

Culinary Excellence with a Hint of Serenity at Ewa's Thai Cuisine in FlagstaffEwa's Thai Cuisine in Flagstaff offers a culinary journey marked by precision and tranquility, elevating the dining experience to a realm of subtle sophistication. From the moment Terra, our adept server, took charge of our indecisive group, their expertise guided us seamlessly through the menu. Their spice recommendations, tailored to our preferences, added a nuanced layer to the dishes, demonstrating a keen understanding of flavor profiles. The swift arrival and meticulous presentation of each dish showcased the kitchen's efficiency. The initial encounter with the spring rolls was met with a quick, delightful munch, though the flavor didn't evoke extremes. However, the peanut sauce was an unexpected revelation, prompting involuntary slurps. The coconut soup, a culinary masterpiece, stole the spotlight with its impeccable blend of flavors and a velvety consistency that bordered on perfection. It was, quite simply, to die for. While the Drunken Noodles demonstrated culinary prowess, they didn't venture far from the ordinary. Yet, the overall harmony of the meal was preserved, creating a satisfying dining experience. The house sake, although not a complex variety, flowed generously, contributing to the convivial atmosphere. Despite its simplicity, our family found joy in its unpretentious appeal. The restaurant's ambiance played a pivotal role, infusing a sense of peace and Zen into our dining affair. Ewa's Thai Cuisine managed to transcend mere gastronomy, creating an environment where the soul could find repose. In conclusion, our visit to Ewa's Thai Cuisine was marked by attentive service, culinary finesse, and a tranquil ambiance. The coconut soup alone is reason enough to return, making our dining experience a memorable and delightful affair. Our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Ewa's for creating an evening that transcended the ordinary.

Really wanted Thai food during my stay in flagstaff and Ewa’s did not disappoint! I had some of the best drunken noodle I’ve ever had. Service was great, Emily was so informative and friendly, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Horrible service. Only 2 servers handling all dining room duties. Our simple order took more than a half hour to arrive.
