We are staying at the KOA traveling from Wyoming to eastern Arizona. Express Burritos is just across the street in a food truck. BEST FOOD! Don't pass up eating there. It's family owned and worked. We'll eat there tomorrow too.

I am from Tampa over 50 years and the past 2 years have been a full time nomad. I have had my share of great breakfast burritos from the Cuban side of cuisine. I have had Mexican and Spanish style breakfast burritos in Adamo Texas and even in Mexico.
I can say 100% these are the best burritos I and my Husband have ever had. We pulled into the KOA on Tuesday 10/17 in the evening and got Del Taco - worst service ever and food (TacoHell like)
So my husband goes to Express Burrito (which he saw the day before and blew off for Del Taco) Wednesday morning and grabs a large Grande Chorizo breakfast burrito with potatoes and their Green sauce. OMG AMAZING! NOT greasy and perfectly seasoned.
We decide what the heck and he goes back mid day for a late lunch of a Grande Carne Asada Burrito. Again OMG so good. Messy as hell so do not eat while driving but perfect non the less.
Wake up Thursday to head South and we decide ONE MORE TIME. So hubby goes and grabs the Grande Machaca Con Huevos. Dear Lord I am going to miss this food.
We have determined what makes this place so good is four things:
Customer Service Hand made tortillas (at least they seem to be) Spot on Seasoning THE GREEN SAUCE.
Love this place and will make certain to go out of our way anytime we are within 100 miles to just get another burrito and a friendly face.
Thanks Team Express Burrito for some of the best food I have had in a minute.
Side Note: Their price point is spot on for the times. You can't make what they do at home so stop acting like you can.

The burritos we had were really good. Great service as well. However, I docked one star because my wife and i had a fart attack shortly after and it lasted til the next morning. Also, a few other kids who also ate here complained of a noisy butt. So just keep that in mind. Cheers!

I went to order from my favorite food truck. The dad usually works or the son. I ordered two cheese enchiladas with onions that’s all I wanted. Nothing else no sides no nothing. They wanted to charge me $13 for two cheese enchiladas unbelievable. I will never buy anything there ever again. it was the daughter with some other woman that I don’t know. I can make a dozen cheese enchiladas at home for under $13

I was not expecting to have the best breakfast burrito I've ever had, but there it was. Amazing! Breakfast served all day, and I went with the eggs w asada. Pretty spicy, but not too overpowering.. piping hot. No tables here, but there's a CK parking lot and Tesla charging station right next to it to sit and eat.

We had their food truck cater a party at a park and it was excellent. Saying the food was delicious isn’t enough. The crew was super friendly and the food came out quick, hot and delicious. The price for the amount of people we fed was better than any restaurant we would have tried to eat at. Food truck in the park is my new favorite activity

A food truck parked by Cinders Liquors. The burrito I had was spicy but surprisingly delicious. I got the green chili beef with potatoes. My wife got a shredded beef burrito which was also very good. Highly recommend after hiking the Mt Elden trails.
