Upcharge for the soup. “Cajun chicken as side for my vegetarian bagel”. This is soup was sausage Cajun. “ over priced and bagel cream cheese tasted like salmon. For 15 bucks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The food here is excellent, I’ve been going here regularly since I’ve came across fat bagels. One thing I don’t get about fat bagels is having a “Flagstaff service charge”. I get the reason being to pay employees. You already have a tip option and the prices are pretty high which does pay the employees. I feel like a service charge added on top of the existing bill is trying to squeeze more money out of the consumer.

As a New Yorker these are not NY bagels, not even close. I wanted to have that taste of home here in Az, I looked forward to trying them all night. They're crispy outside, chewy, and too moist inside that it sticks to your teeth no matter how much cream cheese you use. It folds and sticks when you're eating it. These are not NY bagels for any New Yorker who's hoping to get a taste of home, this isn't it. Their restaurant next door is amazing though, keep that Italian guy making the pizzas at the restaurant

First visit, Sunday morning. I ordered the Kaiti and mango green tea. The Kaiti was good but had the thinnest amount of avocado added. Apprantly, that's how they make them because we ordered two Kaiti's and they both only had a smear of avocado. The mango green tea was very bitter. I had to add sweetener to make it drinkable. The service was fine. There's not a ton of seating but we still were able to eat inside with a few places to sit.

Highly recommend. High quality bagel sandwiches. Fast and courteous service. Loved the bagel and lox I ordered. Price is on the higher end but I feel it is justified for the quality of product.

Hands down the best bagel in Flagstaff. Prices very reasonable. I always feel guilty about how much cream cheese they serve. I started requesting half the cheese. I used to scrape half off and through away.

Guess I've been unlucky everytime is go. Twice now they never bothered calling out the name of my order when ready. So twice now I've waited patently for food that was just sitting on the shelf. I the first time I waited 10 minutes the second time 5 minutes. I get that they are busy, but how hard is it to call out a name, or check if the food is ready?
