The current staff was super sweet last night. Two young ladies who greeted me made me a great sandwich. The Thanksgiving Sandwhich was delicious.

I come here two times a week and the staff is frustrating. They spend alot of time chatting and much of that time they aren't working on orders.
I'll order 15 min before I head there and when I get there they haven't started the order. Too, they can't don't seem to see NO ONIONS on my orders. Maybe they pay less attention to talking about person stuff and pay a little more attention customer orders.
Such an easy concept quality customer service is but lack of care blows it every time.

I’ve always loved firehouse, but I’ve eaten here the past two days and ordered two different subs, which were both very bland and not at all the same firehouse taste I’m used to. Left me feeling like I wasted my money. Not sure what changed, but my inclination to return is dwindling fast.

While food is good, it's not worth the hassle. MUST only use app to use points, but with minimal internet connection you cant use the app. shift manager said there is nothing they can do. Waste of money when you can't even use the rewards. Love the company and what they do (seen it first hand), but will not be supporting them at this location any more.
Wheelchair accessibility: Minimal accessibility. Only one handicapped parking spot and it's right next to a PT place. Other entrance is stairs. Tables are tight together. Bathroom is completely accessible.
