Firehouse Subs Flagstaff

I ordered a party platter for my daughter’s birthday party, spent over $100 on this order.
I ordered it a day in advance and scheduled it for pick up on November 1st at 1 PM. I picked it up at 1pm on the first as planned. I took it home, put it in the fridge. I took it out at 4 PM to serve, and all of the lettuce in the sandwiches was brown and gross. I had to disassemble all of the sandwiches and remove the lettuce. I filed a complaint the same day, and received a response from corporate saying that they would forward my complaint to the local branch for follow up. Two weeks later I still have not heard anything, so I emailed corporate again and they were apologetic and said that my issue had been forwarded to the local Flagstaff Firehouse management team. Waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. I called the local firehouse subs today in the attempt to speak to a manager and was disconnected twice and unable to leave a message. Not impressed with the quality of the food or the customer service of Firehouse Subs. I will not be a repeat customer.

First and last time eating here. When I walked in my order for pick up was not ready because the girl didn’t even check the computer to make my order. Not really a big deal. I took the sandwich home finished the first half and started on the second half and was pretty annoyed that I pulled a huge chunk of an onion skin out of my sandwich.

Firehouse Subs never disappoints! The sandwiches are amazing and the service is even better. Big shoutout to Katelyn for being so kind and helpful she made my visit extra enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

We love the subs here! However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived at 11:30a today and no guests were in the restaurant, but the bathrooms were disgusting, and the drink counter trash was full and the counter filthy. Employees could be heard laughing in the back. Their time would have been better spent cleaning.

They take at least 10 minutes just to say they’re still working on it, and another 15 minutes to tell you “give me 10 more minutes.” So basically, expect to wait over 30 minutes. If you’re hungry, better skip this place.

Haven't been in a while..we decided to go and that was a big mistake service horrible tables dirty trash full floors dirty mens bathroom was dirty cashier keep touching her face then made food...the place wasn't busy at all 2 people in the building when we gpt there..wasn't worth the almost $60 we spent.

This Firehouse Subs location is a mess. There were about six employees in the back drinking sodas, laughing, and being loud instead of working. Meanwhile, the restaurant was dirty—chips all over the floor, sticky soda machine, trash cans overflowing, dirty tables, and no iced tea made.

The worst part is that only one worker, a Latina woman, was actually doing her job—running the register AND making sandwiches by herself. Everyone else was just standing around ignoring customers and the condition of the place.

Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Management needs to step in because this is unacceptable.
