Firehouse Subs Flagstaff

We walked in very rarely do they greet you. But they did this time. There a no meatballs for a sandwich. The restrooms are dirty like usual. There was a spill on the floor by the soda machine and restrooms. They just left a sign by it but didn’t bother to clean it up. We went to sit down and the tables were all dirty. There’s pickles and other trash along with food on the floor.

I just went into the store, waited 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back, finally called out to them and once they heard me after multiple “hellos”, I was told they are not making any sandwiches right now because they are backed up on a catering order. There were 3 employees in the back chatting.

Walk in to no greet. See one employee making sandwiches while I can see two in the back and can hear one more. Finally a kid walks out with an airport in and says what can I get you, no hello, no sorry for the wait. I walked out and won't return. This is not service and not getting my money

Had our sandwiches delivered to our store and was told at 11am that it would be a 30-40min wait. At 2pm our sandwiches were finally delivered 3hrs later. The bag was noticeably warm on one side like it had been sitting in the sun for a considerable amount of time. After calling the store just to make sure we were safe to enjoy our sandwiches, We were rudely told they had been sitting in a warmer. Our coworker now has food poisoning 👍

Always a consistent/ high quality & fresh sandwich. I love that a drink option is G Zero from the fountain machine!!!

They keep pushing back my mobile order and making orders that came after it. Makes no sense. Keeping here waiting is a jerk move. Handle yourselves and get it together

The current staff was super sweet last night. Two young ladies who greeted me made me a great sandwich. The Thanksgiving Sandwhich was delicious.
