The food is good, but considering the price, I've had better for less. They are charging gastropub/casual restaurant prices, but do not come close to the quality or taste of those places. You would be better off rolling the dice at a moment and pop burger joint

Friendly service served with a smile, cheesburgers, and fries were delicious along with a soda fountain with a huge amount of choices. I definitely recommend this location, Enjoy!

Five Guys offers a variety of condiments to create the burger of your choice. The service staff are always patient while ordering your menu selection. Burgers arrive hot and tasty. I especially like the numbering labels based on order sequence so multiple orders are easily distributed to the correct individual in your party. The french fries are always cooked to perfection. The extra fries thrown into the bag are always appreciated!! The self serve beverage dispenser has a variety of choices to satisfy any palette. Restaurant tables still had some debris from a previous diner, so some attention to that would rate five stars for atmosphere. Bathroom was clean.

The food always taste good but since we hardly ever come to Flagstaff, it’s our regular stop to end our trip here at five guys, but we didn’t know if they changed their menu or corporate was giving them a new direction but they’re sizing of fries has gone downhill for the price you pay. The large is no longer a large from how it was about a year ago, it wasn’t just us that thought that. There was a dad and his two Boys there that felt the same way he actually brought it to the store knowledge they didn’t offer to give him any reason to why. He just purchased another one to accommodate the ones that he was lacking and went on his happy way. We didn’t necessarily bring it to their attention because we thought one large fry for a family of three would be enough, but nope. Not a five guys worth going too. The young gentleman working the cash register was understanding and very kind. It was the two female workers that seemed to be a little, offended by the dads remarks.
Definitely could’ve took the time to educate your customers if your policy has changed and not take offense to it or disregard his comments huge learning opportunity for everyone. Fast food is fast food, but money’s money and everyone works hard for it and some families only have so much, they can do for their children.

How could I forget how AMAZING Five Guys burgers are?! My burger was the best cheeseburger I've had in a very long time. And their cajun fries can't be beat, nor do they skimp. They basically give you two orders of fries for the price of one. It. Is. Heaven.
