Listed on happy cow as a vegan place, when I went in I asked just to confirm and the owner said “no, her products are all animal based, because she makes them how she eats. It was said in sort of in an anti-vegan tone.

Cute little vegan shop with great coffee and bubble tea options. Loved their chocolate variety that was so good I forgot to take a good picture of it. Definitely coming for more next time. They have a wide range of tea options that can leave you looking for lots of time.

If you are looking for delicious beverages and goodies that are the best quality and made with love... then this is the place. The seating area is also warm and inviting. The variety of tea is wonderful.

This is the cutest little cafe! The woman who runs it was a fine dining chef for 10 years before opening the shop, and you can feel how much of a passion project it is. The drinks are unlike anything I’ve found elsewhere, and the ambience is like a hug from your favorite witchy aunt. Worth a visit if you live in Flagstaff or are traveling through.

The cashier was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of unique and delicious choices! I got the “sipping” hot chocolate with rose and cardamom. Probably the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had.

The potions are effective.

The lemongrass coconut green drink I got was nasty ? and overpriced.

Came here Friday and Saturday and they were closed when supposed to be open. Very disappointing.

What a lovely experience! I stopped by on a cross-country road trip. I expressed my need for an energy pick-me-up but that I dont want the jitters that caffiene sometimes causes. The owner introduced me to RASA and I ordered her Rose Honey RASA. DELICIOUS!!! And a great pick-me-up! I love rose beverages but most places don't use very much rose. Potion Tea & Bakery's Rose Honey RASA has a bold rose flavor - so fragrant! And the drink isn't too sweet ir syrupy. In fact she doesn't use traditional sweeteners, and the result is AMAZING. The perfect sweetness, complimenting the flavor without overpowering it. I also ordered a Dragon Heart chocolate - dark chocolate with dragon fruit jelly inside. It. Was. Amazing. Our chit chat was pleasant too and the vibe of the whole place is peaceful, warm and inviting. I only wish I could spend more time in Flagstaff so I could come back again. I'm definitely adding Potion Tea & Bakery to my list of road-trip-musts!

One of my favorite places to go when in Flagstaff. I’ve been a patron since 2018 and Potion has provided me with warmth, safety, and compassion. Heather is the best. I highly recommend her herbal teas.
