I don’t give 1 star reviews lightly. As a long time local, I want to see these types of places succeed, however, you cannot do that with horrific customer service.Customer service is all about how you make people feel and their staff the last time I was there with a group of my friends made us feel unseen, unheard, and like we were an annoyance to them for simple customer needs (water refills, requests to purchase another bottle and get more wine glasses, etc.). Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I have had this experience here and it is not uncommon- see for yourself by scrolling through the other lower star reviews. To all the consumers out there, please stop supporting places that put this kind of work ethic out into the world. There are plenty of other places that deserve our business, tips, and support. I am sorry to say this place has lost my support and I will no longer be going here.

Many wines, but not many from US. Timing of food was slow. We were almost done with one meal before the bread we ordered was served. Beet panini is pretty tasty, but focaccia was very dry.

Fabulous! Great spot with a nice vibe and wonderful selection of wines. We had the veggie charcuterie plate and it was amazing!

Flg Terroir is a local treasure with a ton of ambiance! You're likely to find lots of eats or drinks you want to try on their menu and the cozy atmosphere to pull out a board game, assemble the book club, or enjoy drinks before (or after) dinner. The elevated view of San Francisco Street is a favorite!Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed, but you won't see many of them due to the nature of the place. No one said a word to us when our sitter canceled at the last minute and our kiddos were happy to run into one other little girl, but I definitely would have had more fun without ours.

Food could have been a little better. Steak salad was textured odd. Ask what's in everything. Pricey, good service though.

Atmosphere and service is mediocre but still reasonable. Food is definitely sub par. Pasta was under and over cooked. Some noodles crunchy. Some were too over done. 25$ Bolognase should at least be cooked right it’s not that hard. Salad is whole lettuce leaves…. Maybe someone thinks it’s good. But hey, if you drink enough you’ll be fine.

Our first time and won’t be our last. FLG sommelier was spot on with wine choices after only asking a couple questions. The tomato pie, panisse and tuna were perfect. Prices were very reasonable for the caliber of wine and food we enjoyed. We’ll probably return tomorrow.

Had a great time sitting upstairs by the window while it rained outside. Only had drinks, which was a bit awkward trying to get ordered at the bar. There doesn't seem to be a line, so hard to figure out who is first, or make my way in to order. Passed a game while there, connect 4, which was fun. I would come back.

FLG was a backup after a bad experience at another restaurant. Glad we found the place. It is more than a wine bar, they food is amazing and the bartenders are friendly and patient. The soup of the day was bacon/hatch and was incredible! The wine choices were plentiful. The steak and gorgonzola cheese bruschetta was very tasty. Then for dessert try the Firecreek bundino, you won’t be disappointed. The upstairs location makes it a nice vantage point to watch people walking in a summer rain shower.

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating a friends birthday here. The wine and the food were excellent, and the ambience is the best. I love that there are no distracting, big screen TVs. It is the perfect venue for a romantic evening or intimate gatherings with friends and family.
