Using DoorDash is a terrible business plan. My pizza sat in the box for around 30 minutes in a pizza heater waiting for a Dasher to pick it up. An hour and 20 min for a 14â pizza.

I would give them five stars if it wasnât slightly overpriced. It is Flagstaff but, 5+ dollars for a slice of pizza and then they make you feel bad if you donât leave them a tip when youâre paying for it. If it was more of a gourmet woodfired crispy crust pizza I could see charging five dollars a slice. But itâs not.
Every day with Fratelli's is a good day. I almost always get my order twice as fast as they quote me for pick up. I bring all my out if town friends here and they always love it too! It's the best pizza in the world!!

5 STARS IS CUTTING IT SUPER SHORT. We had pizza and wings, and honestly, the BEST wings I've had, and we (5 adults) all agreed they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We felt bad because we got there 1 hour before closing time, and we know people want to go home after a long day, especially a Sunday(12/1/24). The staff acknowledged us with such a friendly vibe, and they not once made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them as they needed to close like we've felt that at other dining places. The kids loved the pizza, and some are somewhat picky! It's definitely a place to grab a bite. We are bummed we went our last night in town or else we would've been there every day. We will be back!!! Im bummed I didn't get their names, but thank you!!! Hands down the best food and crew!!!

No one greeted me. Had to stand at counter for a few minutes waiting. Never been here before. Found the menu myself. Next person that walks in gets instructions from kitchen on where to find the menu, and what next steps are: havenât had pizza yet.
