Freddy's has never disappointed me. Good quality food and desserts. We need one in Kingman. We go to the one in Flagstaff and in Barstow. They are both very good!

Husband and I hadn’t been in for along time. The employee (who I suspect is a manager) was very nice and made suggestions and everything was great. Loved the spicy chicken and the tots.

We always enjoyed Freddie’s and would drive from Camp Verde to get a good custard. We then moved to the White Mountains and have not visited a Freddie’s until today while in Flagstaff. We first ordered the Hawaiian with chocolate custard. The girl asked another employee what we ordered, she was told you no longer carry that. We ordered the Turtle concrete with chocolate custard. We also ordered a chocolate waffle cone and were told you don’t have waffle cones. So we ordered the peanutbutter concrete. When we got to the window there was no one there. Finally a girl showed up with our two concretes. I asked her if the turtle was made with chocolate custard, she asked if we ordered it that way, I told her yes. She took our card for payment and told us to keep the first one and she would correct the order. Then the young girl with glasses came to the window and asked what we ordered. I told her we ordered it with chocolate. She said we did not. She went and got the corrected order and I told her I did not lie to her, we had wanted chocolate custard. She said there were 2 other people who said I did not order chocolate I asked her why she didn’t question our order when the first two items we wanted were both for chocolate. She gave us the concrete and we left.

We are both well in our 60’s and both professional people. I am a professor for a University holding my doctorate’s degree. We have no reason to lie to your employees and no reason to try to get free food from them. This is just very unprofessional customer service. We will probably not be back after this experience.
