Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First Freddy’s pretty great.

Awesome food and service. Quick delivery of burgers 🍔 and fries and onion rings.
Not as clean as other places and no attention to detail. Garbage can is dirty as is the floor. Employees keep grabbing trays and not cleaning 😢.

We stopped in while we were in Flagstaff and took the food to a local park to let the kids run it out and enjoy our food... First they forgot one of the fries and one of the onion rings, then the burgers were extremely salty to the point they were actually un-edible, so yeah... Not a good experience... $40 wasted on a couple bites and straight to the trash.

My grandsons and I used the restroom, no soap. Asked an employee but no urgency in taking care or providing us with soap or sanitizer for our hands. Double cheese burgers and fries not so good. But custard was amazing. If I wasn't stop for food and custard I'll go to Culvers.

Ok...cannot get a grill order in 3 trys...sent my diner out to another table via wrong # and had to remake it...from order to table 38 min...maybe new crew? No cheese on cheese burger? Decided to just eat and leave.

I don't eat here because my diet is very strict but my husband loves it so being too late to cook I picked up dinner for him through the drive thru. Of course with a chocolate shake so he was very happy.😋❤️

The same person who takes your order, gives you change, and a drinking cup; cleans the bathrooms. Yes. Mop, bucket, and no gloves. Health Hazzard. Never again.

Young girl at drive thru rolled her eyes at us when we asked why it took 20 minutes in the drive thru. Prices too high for fast food.

the burger was way too salty, the tots where charred and the frys extra greasy and soggy. I've been to other locations and the food is good but not here.

Great location! Friendly service. Delicious food! It was a little expensive, but worth it!

We ate inside midday. It was busy but not overly crowded. We found a table no problem. Our food came up pretty quick which was nice.

We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was about $50 plus another $40 for ice cream treats at the end. Again, totally worth it. Their burgers are delicious and there's something for everyone on the menu.

If we're ever in Flagstaff again we'll definitely visit.

Parking is easy and the restrooms were clean. Bonus!!
