Stopped by for lunch on a quick trip through town. Food and service were excellent! Food was as good as all the other locations I’ve been to down in the valley and even the original in Brooklyn. Love having this option when I’m visiting Flagstaff!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They will give kids a piece of pizza dough to play with while you wait. Such a fun idea! It’s also not super quiet so kids can be themselves, if you know what I mean.

To Jason, thank you for your hospitality and you service. Best at class. 5 stars to you and your establishment. Keep up the great work. That goes for you and all the service workers that make this place a monumental landmark here in flagstaff.

The mens bathroom was a mess, and management seemed to not care.

Truly enjoy Grimaldi's pizza! As a born and raised New Yorker, I'm definitely picky with my pizza, but Grimaldi's does get due credit. Excellent sauce!

My little family and I took a day trip up to Flagstaff on 12/28 in hopes of seeing snow. For lunch, we stopped at Grimaldi's, one of our family faves for pizza. The pizza was okay. To me, it was a little on the burned, hard, crispy side, which I'm not a fan of. The Grimaldis we typically go to, in Chandler, usually makes their pizzas crispy, but kinda soft, especially when it comes to the crust. Overall, it was satisfying. As for the service, the staff did not seem very friendly. When we told the hostess we had 5 people and asked for a high chair, she gave us a weird look. She asked us, as if she was confused, if we had 5 and a baby. We told her our toddler was the 5th person. She grabbed our menus and asked if we needed kids menus. When I asked her if the kids menus involved coloring, she gave me another weird look and said yes? I was only asking because my toddler is 1 1/2 years old and loves to color. If it were plastic menus, I would have said no. Our waiter was okay. When he came to our table, my husband asked how his day was. He seemed a little bothered, but said it was going okay, even with the lack of staff. Assuming the lack of staffing that was going on, service was a little slow, but it didn't bother us. Our waiter tried his best to assist us when needed. We appreciated that. The facility itself was very clean and nice! We went during the week, in which there were quite a few parking spaces near the restaurant. I'm assuming during the weekend, parking may be a little hard to find, but not totally sure. Overall, it was okay. We will probably come back again. Thank you for the pizza and service!

I'll take you back to 2020 when this place used to be better. The food was better, the ingredients were better, overall was a better place to eat.. Then Covid was at it's all time high, the quality dropped, the ingredients have lost their quality, overall sad days ahead because of that, alone. Maybe when their ingredients and quality go back up, I'll be back again. Hubs and I are very much pizza snobs, so we say. We've been to over 20-25 different pizza places in Arizona of higher quality.

I will not return to this location. The beer on tap- not cold. We always order the Brooklyn so I know how it is prepared. We were served the pizza without ricotta. That’s the primo ingredient. Instead, there was a piece of mozzarella here or there. Very, very little sausage. We had to look for it and if there were five little pieces on your largest pie I wouldn’t be exaggerating. The pizza sauce had a rancid taste. Very bitter and left a really bad taste in our mouths. As for the house salad, even that was screwed up. We had a couple of tiny pieces of mushroom, a pinch of onion and greens dressed with a lemon dressing. This was not your house salad. The place is dead! No one is eating there. Wouldn’t you want to know why? We took our pizza to go and both looked at each other and tossed it. It was that bad. The girl waiting on us at the bar was nice and we took care of her since there wasn’t anyone there but when she came over to give us the bill, we showed her there was no ricotta on the pizza. She looked, pointed and said, I think that’s a little piece there. What she was referring to was a tiny dot of chewy mozzarella. Not up for arguing, we politely paid $60 plus for a wasted meal and left. Why is it that Grimaldi’s in Scottsdale is great, full of patrons, excellent food, real toppings on the pizza and salads with cold beer on tap. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking peoples money and not giving them what your menu clearly reads. We stopped and actually bought a donut across the street trying to get the nasty bitter taste out of our mouths. We didn’t end up sick which I’m thankful for but will never be back again. One if the reasons we were there was to purchase gift cards for Christmas presents. Yeah, that didn’t happen.

We had a very average visit this weekend. The greeters were excellent and friendly, a great start. Turns out that they were the best part of the experience. The server was very short and curt with well practiced questions but barely listened to the answers. We ordered starters, then ordered a couple pizzas. The starters came out with one pizza, and the rest of the meal trailed behind by several minutes. No explanation why, I don't know if the server even bothered to notice. Our attempts to eat apps and our entrees were interesting. We had no table space and the promised pizza racks never appeared. It was a very lackluster experience.

We had a weird experience. The staff was really wonderful, but the food was really off. Salad was tart with lemon and the pizza had very little toppings. It was unsalted marinara sauce with globs of melted cheese and big holes with only bland sauce. And after one piece it became limp and soggy it turned into a glob. Maybe they had an off day, but I wasn't a fan.Our meal was comped, but the manager made sure to let us know everyone but us liked their food. We thought that was unnecessary and a little snarky.
