Hickory's Smokehouse BBQ

This place was pretty good. I'd have to go back to determine if it has 5 star potential though...

Food was tasty , with generous amounts. Bathroom was dirty and sauce bottles were sticky/gummy

Wow, the BBQ here was so good and very well priced. In Phoenix it's hard to get a large sampler like in the photo for $30. It feed 2 people and we were stuffed and couldn't finish. The staff is great and will answer any questions without frustration for you. Everything on the menu is cheap, big drinks with free refills, and there is a cabinet full of games. Great place for a BBQ mood.

My original review was for 5 stars because of the Good food for a Great Price!!! I love this place and try to stop whenever I'm in town. However, this last visit (One week ago) someone decided to add an extra tip for themselves on my credit card slip. I'm not a fan of dishonest people. Finding the extra charge today was really disappointing.

The food was amazing ! And the concept is great since you can get a little of everything for a reasonable price. The staff is super nice. We will be back, for the ribs, the pulled pork and the amazing mac and cheese!

So delicious! A pit stop in town turned out to be a great idea as we found this gem! Brisket was to die for and so were the BBQ beans. Sweet tea is awesome too! Stop in!

So this time I visited and ordered to go. I explained what happened last visit (dried up half rack ribs that were inedible) so the server says they'll make sure it doesn't happen again. It didn't. However when I got home my pulled pork sandwich was missing. Checked receipt and I did get charged. I called the store and they offered to replace it if I came back. I couldn't so I asked them to credit it back to my debit card. They cheerfully agreed to do so. They didn't. Full charge when it cleared my account a week later. Very disappointed in food and service. I won't go back.

What a great experience! When I walked in it smelled deliciously smokey, the food surpassed that expectation! Plus the food was served really fast. The server Cate was awesome. This is now our favorite restaurant up here

Wow. First time we've been here, and we now have found our favorite restaurant in Flagstaff! The barbeque was awesome, the food came quickly and was off the charts delicious. And our server Kate was attentive and so nice. Thanks also for being part of Itrade. :)

The good was good, but every time I've been they are out of multiple food and drink items. It's frustrating when you drive a fair distance for food and you never know what you will be able to get!

I got a half rack of ribs (they come in quarters and wholes so I got two quarters) as well as a side salad. Did not disappoint! Great service too. You order at the counter and your food is brought out to your table.

Had Texas plate and chicken. Sweet potato tater tots and fried ocra and Flagstaff brew. All well worth it and all scratch made. Highly recommend

After a long drive from Orange County we arrived in Flagstaff too tired to lift a fork. Ordered from Hickory Smokehouse for delivery to Marriott Courtyard. GrubHub was fabulous; on time and in pocket. BBQ arrived with no forks, no knives, no napkins, no barbecue sauce on the ribs, and way too much wilt on the salad. We had to scramble just to find a way to eat it. Bad news. Get it together Hickory Smokehouse.

This place was AMAZING!!!! We were on our way back to Phoenix and stumbled upon this place by accident! What a GREAT accident to have! The prices were EXCELLENT!!!! The pork supreme sandwich I got was $5!!!! It was amazing(I loved the slaw they used on it!!!) We also got the BBQ fries minus the meat. The Mac & cheese sauce they used on it was so good!!!!! We WILL make flagstaff a day trip just to beat the Phoenix heat and to get this bbq again!!!!!!
