The Mongolian Beef was tender, aromatic, and pleasantly mild without being too spicy. The portion sizes were generous, making every dish satisfying. On top of that, the service was excellent—the staff gave great recommendations, and the dishes they suggested turned out to be especially delicious.

I have been here multiple times and have been very satisfied. Today 12/1 that all changed when we went into the restaurant and decided the 4 of us would share 2 lunch special. Not to mention the dining room is full boxes and supplies on one side of the restaurant. After ordering we got our drinks and an appetizer we received our food it was 6 pieces of chicken per order and a small bowl of rice. The food was not good the chicken had no flavor and the rice was dry. We revived our bill and it was $75 we looked at it confused because it had never been that much before. After going to pay the added there own tip it you have 4 or more people. (This is crazy) After paying she didn’t want to give us a receipt after asking multiple times. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

4 of us went to eat. We ordered 2 lunch specials, we paid $14 per special for 6 pieces of chicken per plate and 2 child sized bowls of fried rice. On top of $4 per cup soda (8oz cup). $14 for a plate of 6 crab puffs. $4 each for two little bowl of soup. Our total bill was $75, that includes whatever that $9 extra was. And they couldn't or wouldn't give us an itemized list. We were not satisfied with the quality of food that we received for the price they charged.

Four of us for dinner. We all had the combination dinner. The appetizers were outstanding. Best hot and sour soup. Egg roll and wontons were made to order. Husband had sweet sour chicken. I had lemon chicken, sister had orange chicken, and mother had shrimp with lobster sauce. The orange chicken had no sauce? The lemon chicken had no flavor? Tasted like it was out of a jar? Same with sweet and sour. No veggies in our chicken dishes? Hard workers, great service. Busy little place. Good value for the money.

Food is amazing. I’ve finally had Mongolian beef that is actually spicy! I’ve been searching for it and no one seems to make it spicy anymore. Except here, Omgoodness it was delicious .
The space is very tiny so if you have a large party you won’t fit. I had my 11 month old with me and she did good. The only thing is there is no changing table in the bathroom.
Besides that, I’d eat here again. I already finished my daughter’s leftovers too haha!

But, I was taken back but the auto 20% tip for party of 4 or more. I’m am always a good tipper almost never do I tip less than 20%. With that being said, I’ll never tip more if it’s an auto 20. I get maybe even larger parties.. but for for 2 adults and 2 kids. Doesn’t make sense.

‼️Not kid friendly or family friendly‼️I know the owners have been in Flagstaff for years. I’ve eaten here since I was a child and today I had BAD a experience and the lady owner was very rude to my 2 year old daughter. We were counting the sugar packets. She came up to us and said “These not toys!” And ripped them out my daughter’s hands and took all the sugar packets. She didn’t even ask just ripped it out my daughter’s little hands. I feel so offended and hurt that she did that to my daughter. I paid $9 for my small drinks and left. If you have small children don’t eat here. It is not family friendly.
