We have never had dinner at ihop before and we were pleasantly surprised by the flavor and quality. Everything came out fresh and hot! Our server was Macy and she was very friendly.

Food was good. Only thing was when they brought the food for our party of 6, they still owed 2 pancakes for one person. They came by the time we were all finished eating so they hurriedly ate them. Service was slow but I just think that was because they seemed very shorthanded. I do not recommend if you are on a time frame.

Super slow service. A wait who clearly didn’t know the system was the only wait there. The hostess started serving. The restaurant had maybe 10 tables. So the ultimate question- where’s the manager?

High prices for low-rate prison food. I've had ihop in a few states. And honestly we can do without. If you have a Black Bear diner near by. Go there instead. I had no issue with the waitress. She was great. The food though not great for the price.

Went for my daughter's birthday. Order 3 of the same food item, but the server only ordered 1. Had to wait with my son while everyone else was done. We got our food last. Cashier did give a 10% for our trouble. 100/100 for cashier, server never apologized for the food delay or checked us after again.
