The “service” here is horrible. The person working tonight is the same person we had on Tuesday night. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and is annoyed at our very existence in the store. For the $5 per cookie price we paid, a simple “hi” or “thank you” would be nice. Love the cookies but I’m done with the service. Have given it two tries and now I’m done.

While the cookies are good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been there three times and every time employees seemed visibly annoyed that I existing in front of them. The last time I visited, I greeted the person working at the counter who did not respond, but looked at me and proceeded to amble around and ignore me for 10 minutes, before finally begrudgingly asking me what I wanted. I understand that sometimes there are tasks that people need to complete and I don’t need anyone to drop everything at a moments notice but at least an acknowledgement would have been nice rather than being treated like human dirt. Unfortunately, good cookies don’t make up for bad service.
