very good place to eat I enjoy having the rice and chicken meal the Teriyaki Bowl.. Edited 2/10. It's been kind of a bummer. They stop selling the little cups of teriyaki for the chicken bowls. That's a little bit of a bummer. The rice bowls are my normal spot... I didn't mind paying for the little added cups but they discontinued them uuuuuggghhh.. the tacos are still good...

Extremely slow service. Took over 5 minutes to have our order taken and it was dead inside. We have waited for almost 20 minutes and our food is still not done. The employee who finally took our order was very pleasant, just such a slow wait time. My wife and I are traveling across country coast to coast and no fast food should take this long. My first time trying jack in the box after hearing such good things and it’s kind of a let down just from the wait.

If I could 0 I would. This place has got to figure out its late night, and mobile orders. I love the food, but a 20-40 min wait in the drive thru when the app said it was ready 20-50 minutes ago is ridiculous. Sorry that’s 55 mins this time. Go for it, if it’s the middle of the day, but any other time avoid. Even mobile orders will get you in a 30-50 minute line. So long I could write this.

Went in and ordered 6 tacos. I asked for them to be made fresh. When order was filled 4 came direct out of the fryer and then 2 were grabbed from the stack already made, when I asked for them all to be made fresh, I was refused and eventually had to ask for refund. The server was rude and even said he wasn’t going to argue with me, yet he was the one that started the argument. As a matter of fact, when he was told by the person took the order he argued with him about it in the first place.

The lady up front Taking orders did not want to be there. Someone asked for salsa and she told him to go by the drinks to get it there. There was nothing there either, so she sighed and begrudgingly grabbed a box of new salsa and filled it up after about 5 minutes. She ignored me and finally after 5 minutes of trying to get her attention, she finally asked for a name. She told me they were still making it. After 10 more minutes, she tells me the name didn't pop up. I had to wait 30 minutes for a $5 meal box. 30 f'n minutes. There were like 5 people that walked in after me and got their food. Terrible experience. Fire her and the management!
