very good place to eat I enjoy having the rice and chicken meal the Teriyaki Bowl.. Edited 2/10. It's been kind of a bummer. They stop selling the little cups of teriyaki for the chicken bowls. That's a little bit of a bummer. The rice bowls are my normal spot... I didn't mind paying for the little added cups but they discontinued them uuuuuggghhh.. the tacos are still good...

Very delicious 🤤 and excellent customer service
Extremely slow service. Took over 5 minutes to have our order taken and it was dead inside. We have waited for almost 20 minutes and our food is still not done. The employee who finally took our order was very pleasant, just such a slow wait time. My wife and I are traveling across country coast to coast and no fast food should take this long. My first time trying jack in the box after hearing such good things and it’s kind of a let down just from the wait.

If I could 0 I would. This place has got to figure out its late night, and mobile orders. I love the food, but a 20-40 min wait in the drive thru when the app said it was ready 20-50 minutes ago is ridiculous. Sorry that’s 55 mins this time. Go for it, if it’s the middle of the day, but any other time avoid. Even mobile orders will get you in a 30-50 minute line. So long I could write this.
