Ordered some food here and it didn't go right since the different employees started. đ The bag had a hole in it and my food was falling out. They never give me the right sauce or amount. When asking for more sauce employee looked annoyed and didn't want to be there. Fries were hard and tacos tasted off. Didn't even eat my last taco. I recommend going to the Milton jack in the box.

I go to Jack in the Box somewhat regularly, so I know what to expect, and this place sucked compared to every other one I have eaten at. I was there at 1pm, but the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least an hour.

Used drive thru order wrong, employee at window poor attitude, would expect better customer service . I paid $ 33.09 for 2 tacos, 2 hamburgers, 1 milkshake. Overpriced but I guess that's to be expected since you overpay employee wages. Maybe a manager should insist that they do their job

I ordered off the app Just a drink The restaurant was clean Service was great Loved that they've still got an operational soda machine Alot of the restaurants in the area turned theirs off
Stopped for a quick lunch. The male with glasses who took my order already had attitude through the mic. When I got to the window he just slammed the window after grabbing my card. A simple gesture couldâve been nice! Horrible customer service. Yet they can smile and laugh on the other side of the window.

Me and wife just went to this jack in the box location and the service was horrible we got two of the monster burritos which where small they where basically a half burrito and then we also got a breakfast platter and it was missing half the items.
We paid 30 dollars for this crappy food i don't think we will be back.

This location is worn out and in need of deferred maintenance. The exterior is âworn and tiredâ and the inside even worse. Wait times for both ordering and delivery of your food is very poor. No napkins on drive through service. Iâm sure management will say they canât find good employees. That has become the catchall phrase for poor management throughout the United States. Good leadership, coupled with competitive wages takes care of all of that.
