I went for lunch and had the worst experience with this establishment. The staff member was so rude and unprofessional to myself and the person I was with. I had ordered my food and went back and ordered another burger. Received the burger before the first order which was salad and a taco. The tacos were cold and when I asked the staff member why I hadn't received the salad order I placed first she very rudely yelled at me stating she didn't take the order, and walked away laughing. I asked for the manager and she laughed and walked away. Finally I asked another staff member for the manager and she came out. Like I told her, you just never know who's sitting in your dinning room that I am a Google guide and secret shopper. She said ok. I told her that her staff member was rude and the rudest I have ever came across. She said ok. I will never go back to this establishment and being treated like we were I probably won't be returning to any other jack in the box. Shame on you and the staff member and the manager.. I dont and will not recommend this establishment to any patron.

We went there at 20:45 to have dinner after a day in Gran Canyon, they told us they were about to close but they would take our order anyways. We ordered at 21:00 they finished delivering the last order at almost 22:00. After the last of us set down to eat, they started cleaning literally under our feet and telling us to f**k off mumbling (we’re Italian, not stupid, we kinda know what f**k off means, thanks). After kicking us out still with food in our hands saying they were closed now, I realised I forgot my hat, I went back to get it and the guy there told us there was no hat (I don’t have it, my friends don't have it, maybe it was the aliens, go figure) Driving away we even got a friendly finger to wave us goodbye. Oookkaaaayyyyy…

It's getting expensive here. I burger meal at a sit down restaurant is only a couple of dollars more. Parking is tight.

Got in drive through they were packed waited 20 minutes in the drive through before I backed out several other people did also and we never reached the speaker to even order , total waste of time unexceptable to wait and not even get to place an
