I cannot do gluten, they go above the board to clean everything, and make sure nothing is cross-contaminated, you have no idea how appreciative I am of that! Thank you so much for understanding the different needs of people who are struggling with their complicated diets.

My brother and I went to this location this afternoon. None of the staff members greeted us when we walked in. We are vegetarian and we’re going to order a veggie sub and we saw they don’t clean the shredder after shredding meat and before shredding the cheese so didn’t get the sub from there. Not going back ever again!!

This location never answers the phone when I try to call in a order.
Very sloppy work station. Scrapping of the cutting board and was put on sandwich. Slung oil all over including into the mayo container. Rested receipts right on the bread. Slid sandwiches across the counter without any wrap under it . Lettuce was a little off color. No hair nets on certain employees that really needed it. I will not be returning.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Jersey Mike's. The quantity of toppings on my sandwich was chintzy at best and for over $20 for a 12-in sub it had better be stuffed.
