Never had such a bad experience at Jersey mikes before. The worker putting together our sandwiches gave us hardly any meat. He messed up my order. I cannot have uncooked turkey meat as a pregnant person, usually the employees understand that. These 3 employees had attitude I even asked to hear up my turkey meat? They had attitude through the whole experience. After being rude we watched the girl leave the register before we were even checked out huff and puff back to her other employee to complain about not receiving a tip. Then she aggressively and angrily wrapped up my sandwich . I’ve never seen anyone aggressively roll up a sandwich. Lmao

Went thinking this store was like others across the country. They must be in financial straits as when visited I thought it was a disguised subway all toppings and no meat. We deserve better!

I've never felt so unwelcome coming into a business. The girl who helped me at order pickup on Thursday around 530pm was the rudest person I've ever met, and I use to work in a call center. ?.. seriously though, some customer service training could go fair. She was so unfriendly I wanted to apologize for my existence on earth. Not just being inside the Jersey Mike's, but my overall general existence.

25 minute wait to not even get a sub because they were working so slow. No customer communication, no service. There was one of 4 people making subs for the massive line of people. Don't go here.To the owner look at the comments your staff work slow and loose you money daily with this.

$10.oo for a 4inch sandwich, are you kidding me. Can't afford to eat there anymore. When I get a raise I'll be back. I walked out without ordering. Line was to long and only 2 workers.

I have been so hooked on JM for years, I have always appreciated their attention to premium sandwich ingredients, that changed dramatically on this visit. I recently have been doing gluten-free options. I know their are challenges and always ask all of the important questions, such as, is it dry, does it feel soft, and the important one, is it gritty. I was informed that this roll was soft and none of the other questions didn't apply. Next, I was gobsmacked by the $5 upcharge. This was a terrible experience, and I will not do their gluten-free choice again. They should go to Firehouse subs and try their's, it is awesome and spot on.

I'm a long time loyal customer.. at other locations. This location is just like the reviews. Staff are very unwelcoming. 4 staff glazed over me as I walked in & stood at their order counter waiting. No one said anything to me. Finally a guy asked me "What?" I said regular sub on wheat please. He snapped back "What on Wheat?!" I said #13. Bread was everywhere. Napkins, bags, debris all over. A rag by the bread on the messy counter. I was the only customer at the counter ordering. When I went to sit, all the tables were messy. I had to clean a table for myself. I've been to Jersey Mike handling rushes of sports teams, university customers, & professionals rushing in for subs. This spot needs training.

Restaurant staff need to put timers on each order they prepare so delivery drivers don't waste precious 10 minutes of their own time, only for the worker to telll a driver it'll be another 10 minutes to wait for the food to be made after having to wait to be served.
