I've had 4 bad experiences in a row and I just want a good sandwich!This only makes me mad because I used to work here 8 years ago and quality has tanked. No peppers in the sandy pictured either. But look at that dry bread! Don't scoop with the spatula! Use the utensil provided it portions it perfectly! If people want light mayo they'll ask for it. C'mon man...Almost rated 2 stars but ya deserve 1. Sorry. ?

JJS offers ok sandwiches, at the prices of luxurious hand crafted subs. $11-12 for a sandwich with medicore bread. Sometimes the meat cuts are worth it, sometimes not and veggies are subway standard. Soggy lettuce, sad tomatoes, etc. As a former JJs employee this chain is just slipping and slipping with their quality. You can make 3-4 wraps or subs with better quality ingridients for the same price for ONE JJS sub. Save your $, go to our many local delis and let this chain die.

Was definitely fast. My boyfriend and I asked for specific things on our sandwich, like just cheese and mustard. The cashier confirmed that my sandwich would just be meat cheese and mustard, but when we got our orders, every topping was on there. My boyfriend had a similar order but his order wasn’t even listed the way he said on the receipt. They were also down to their last loaf of regular french bread, so we didn’t want to ask them to make another on different bread. Ended up giving away our sandwiches and going somewhere else for food.
