This place has come so far from what it was a year ago. The staff and cleanliness of the store are drastically different and in the best of ways. I never understand why there are so many bad reviews in these sections. Come on people let's show these negative Nancy's whats up.

I ordered online 2 regular slims, some chips and a cookie back at 1:36 pm…it is 2:40- ish now. I just called the location to see if they were to busy etc as I wanted to give them some slack given I have worked at Jimmy Johns for a while a year ago and am aware that they can get busy or forget orders. But, weirdly the miss on the phone said bluntly that they canceled my order without explanation and hung up right after I said “oh” after she said said her quick comment about my order. Maybe she was having a bad day but I thought my order was pretty simple. Normally I’ll order and get it delivered in a matter of 15 or so minutes and have never had any problems. I would totally understand if they were busy but it has been upwards of an hour and 15 or so. This is probably the first review I’ve written in years and I’m sort of confused if I’m going to get my money back or even my food because I’m sort of hungry given it’s way past lunch time. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me.
-I included the order number for reference, the amount, food etc for a possible refund or to reach out to me if you have any questions. As I am a college student, of course in need of money etc, I would sort of appreciate if I could get my money back or maybe an explanation to why not. I really hope maybe my tip or order didn’t offend anyone (though I don’t know why). Thanks, I’ll be awaiting a response.

I will never visit this location again. Service was terrible. Employees were rude and dismissive when asked about the status of my order which took well over 15 minutes to process. And after an extended wait, none of the 3 sandwiches in the order were correct. The wrap was the most poorly assembled sandwich I have ever seen.

Went in there and the lady at the desk said that they were out of bread and it wouldn’t be done for 30 minutes so I waited a 30 minutes called back and the lady on the phone said it wouldn’t be done for another 40 minutes never heard of a sandwich shop that was out of bread. Sounds like to me Staff don’t know how to get their stuff together.

The General Manager Mandie was extremely rude to us. I was having an issue with my delivery order and I was told I entered my information in wrong even though it was a phone order. The person on the phone entered my information. Overall if the store is ran by someone so rude and poor at customer service the whole store should be avoided. There is a Firehouse about 3 or 4 blocks away that is much friendlier and has better food.

I got a little John sandwich and it cost almost $9 I could not believe it! I did double meat which is what I always do, in phoenix the exact same sandwich costs $6 I should have cancelled my order and walked out as soon as I heard the price. Absolutely not worth it. I will never go to this jimmy John’s again but honestly I don’t think I will ever go to any jimmy John’s again. Google jimmy John’s inflation it’s insane 60%, way high than national inflation rates.

Ordered a sandwich on the app. Ran in to pick it up and got out to my car and it was the wrong sandwich. Ran back to let them know they had given my the wrong one (had it opened so they could see) and they argued with me. Have ordered it before and I KNOW it was the wrong sandwich. Did not appreciate being argued with when I'm standing there holding the wrong sandwich.
