Went in there and the lady at the desk said that they were out of bread and it wouldn’t be done for 30 minutes so I waited a 30 minutes called back and the lady on the phone said it wouldn’t be done for another 40 minutes never heard of a sandwich shop that was out of bread. Sounds like to me Staff don’t know how to get their stuff together.

The General Manager Mandie was extremely rude to us. I was having an issue with my delivery order and I was told I entered my information in wrong even though it was a phone order. The person on the phone entered my information. Overall if the store is ran by someone so rude and poor at customer service the whole store should be avoided. There is a Firehouse about 3 or 4 blocks away that is much friendlier and has better food.

I got a little John sandwich and it cost almost $9 I could not believe it! I did double meat which is what I always do, in phoenix the exact same sandwich costs $6 I should have cancelled my order and walked out as soon as I heard the price. Absolutely not worth it. I will never go to this jimmy John’s again but honestly I don’t think I will ever go to any jimmy John’s again. Google jimmy John’s inflation it’s insane 60%, way high than national inflation rates.

Meat was bad. Not fresh. My stomach is killing me. I was traveling on route 66 stopped here to eat. Big mistake. I wish I could get my 20 bucks back

Ordered a sandwich on the app. Ran in to pick it up and got out to my car and it was the wrong sandwich. Ran back to let them know they had given my the wrong one (had it opened so they could see) and they argued with me. Have ordered it before and I KNOW it was the wrong sandwich. Did not appreciate being argued with when I'm standing there holding the wrong sandwich.

- I arrived at this place on a Tuesday around 10:30 a.m. and there were no diners.

- I ordered jalapeño ranch wrap and Tuscan Italian wrap.

- As for the taste of the food, I will tell you that it is average.

- They have ovens to make bread.

- It is a familiar and pleasant place.

- Suitable for children.

- They have indoor and outdoor tables with umbrellas and a roof.

- There is a Wi-Fi network with a medium signal that reaches the restaurant.

- Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash.

- If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is of low difficulty.

- The place was visibly clean.

- The attention was good.

- The service was fast.

- Parking is large and free.

I hardly ever write reviews but this place was horrible. This was my first time trying Jimmy John’s and wanted a great experience, however I walked into around 5-6 employees with no greeting whatsoever. I stood and waited for my order for 5 minutes before I was pointed to the pick up order area that has poor signage. The employees never said a word to me at all. My wrap was also falling apart without even eating it. Horrible service and quality.

Front door is broken which is a FIRE hazard!! Reporting to fire Marshal. Waited 15 minutes just to be told they are out of roast beef. Bruh!!! Go elsewhere. Calling corporate to report this location. They don't care at all.

Kudos to the 2 (yes-only 2) employees today during LUNCH RUSH. The 2 young employees were giving all they had toward maintaining order taking + sandwich prep + baking bread + calling out completed orders. My wait time exceeded 30 min. I’m addition to the couple dozen other customers waiting, I witnessed a large athletic team arrive to 1 of the employees announcing “I’m gonna tell you right now we have no bread for you.” Management: these 2 employees deserve the best for staying the course & not abandoning a deli full of anxiously waiting customers. Maybe hire additional staff in anticipation of LUNCH RUSH?

Placed my order 20 minutes before the DoorDash App closed. By 12:21 AM the store is closed, DoorDash still has the order under ‘being prepared’, and a whole graveyard shift to work without a lunch. Good food for the price but NEVER order online because this is one of a series of events in which they fail to deliver their online orders.
