Kudos to the 2 (yes-only 2) employees today during LUNCH RUSH. The 2 young employees were giving all they had toward maintaining order taking + sandwich prep + baking bread + calling out completed orders. My wait time exceeded 30 min. I’m addition to the couple dozen other customers waiting, I witnessed a large athletic team arrive to 1 of the employees announcing “I’m gonna tell you right now we have no bread for you.” Management: these 2 employees deserve the best for staying the course & not abandoning a deli full of anxiously waiting customers. Maybe hire additional staff in anticipation of LUNCH RUSH?

Freaky Fast? More like freaky slow. Totally disorganized even with moderate to light traffic. Soda machines were not even working. Should have just gone to chick-fil-a next door.

This used to be a great Jimmy John’s. Since the post-pandemic reopening, though, it has changed. Sandwiches take 5-10 minutes to come out if you order in store. It used to take, I don’t know, 90 seconds to get two sandwiches.We went in last week and the co2 was out in the soda fountain. We let them know, expecting a quick fix and a refill. Instead, they put an out of order sign on the fountain and didn’t say a word to us. No offer of refund, etc, for the soda we paid for. It was really weird. Service over all was indifferent at best.Our sandwiches were ok. I thought mine seemed to be made with day-old bread. Will avoid in the future.

JJ has the worst customer service. I placed a catering order for my grandmothers celebration of life and the order arrived over an hour late. The manager, franchise owner and JJs promised to give me a refund on the order and it’s been more than 3 months and they will not make things right. It has been a frustrating and horrific experience during a very difficult time for me.

Well I'll never get a Jimmy John's sandwich again. The sandwich was worse then subway! The amount of meat on it, the soggy tomato, the pathetic pinch of lettuce! I've never been a fan of Jimmy John's. Now I'm shocked! The cost of this meal was way to high for the food! I highly recommend staying away from this sandwich chain! I would rather eat top Ramen, witch costs 35 cents!
Jimmy John's disappointed me today. They wouldn't take cash over $50 and my order was over half of that amount. What's up with these establishments not accepting cash?! Craziness!!

First time at a Jimmy John’s, seen the commercials and it looked good, for us so disappointing. They were totally out of roast beef which makes up a lot in the menu. We ordered the lulu and cubano there was barely any meat on either sandwich, mostly condiments like mayonnaise. What a waste of $25.
