When I walked in one employee was watching TV, and one was chatting about, I was not acknowledged to pick up my to-go order, I had to go to the bar and get the girls attention, we were missing an item, that we had paid five dollars for!

The food was excellent and the wait staff was awesome but the pricing on the menu is all messed up and they are gouging there customers. I ordered the 4 item enchilada plate with 2 chicken and 2 cheese with green sauce for 14.00 well got the bill and they upcharged me 12.00 2.00 each for the enchiladas and 2.00 each for the green chili talk about a ripoff... my girl ordered a burrito it came just meat no beans or rice and if she did order them they are 2.00 each. Big ripoff.

Told server my tamale was all dry n hard but was ignored.. No one came to ask of we needed refills on our drinks.. Salsa was pretty watery.. All stingy with the avocados in the other salsa. Haha

The servers don't check on you once they bring your food out, my server acted like I was such a bother when I needed something. She was short and old. The bussers seemed to be doing most of the work. Getting fountain drinks, doing refills, making alcohol drinks, cleaning the tables all from what I saw. Tip the busser directly because the server gets the tip and they shouldn't if all they do is write your order and bring the food.

Kachina is an excellent restaurant. Very neat and clean. Excellent and pleasant service. And the most important of all, the food is excellent (and I am very picky about the quality of Mexican food). I highly recommend it to everyone!

Pork Carnitas Taco; simple dish but was soooooo inedible. Shell was stale and very chewy and meat was so dry like jerky! So surprised this place survived the pandemic!

Was looking forward to a nice meal, quick service and a delicious meal. Nope. We sat without being acknowledged for 15 minutes. Finally someone came to take our order and we didn't get our drinks for another 10 minutes. We finally get our food, my taco salad had a pool of water under the fried tortilla shell and the meat had zero flavor while the lettuce was clearly from a bag of grocery lettuce variety, carrots and all. The lettuce was wet making the salad a mess. No amount of salt would help. We sat another 5 minutes without utensils. Finally, I had to get up and ask for our drinks, utensils and service. Why they only had one server for the whole lunch crowd, I don't know. They had two people in the bar area, one girl at the cash register with super long nails without gloves, who finally came running with utensils. So what should have been a good meal was a bust. Last visit.

While everyone else didn't care for it. Calling it America Mexican food. My chili relleno was good but pablano sauce not that good or beans and rice. Our server was good. We had a big party separate sides of restaurant and server still was prompt.
