When I walked in one employee was watching TV, and one was chatting about, I was not acknowledged to pick up my to-go order, I had to go to the bar and get the girls attention, we were missing an item, that we had paid five dollars for!

The food was excellent and the wait staff was awesome but the pricing on the menu is all messed up and they are gouging there customers. I ordered the 4 item enchilada plate with 2 chicken and 2 cheese with green sauce for 14.00 well got the bill and they upcharged me 12.00 2.00 each for the enchiladas and 2.00 each for the green chili talk about a ripoff... my girl ordered a burrito it came just meat no beans or rice and if she did order them they are 2.00 each. Big ripoff.

Meh - the food is only so-so, service was ok, but definitely not the best Mexican food in town. Everyone seems to love Kachina, but why?? Not impressed, not planning to eat there again. Salsa Brava is much better.

Told server my tamale was all dry n hard but was ignored.. No one came to ask of we needed refills on our drinks.. Salsa was pretty watery.. All stingy with the avocados in the other salsa. Haha

The servers don't check on you once they bring your food out, my server acted like I was such a bother when I needed something. She was short and old. The bussers seemed to be doing most of the work. Getting fountain drinks, doing refills, making alcohol drinks, cleaning the tables all from what I saw. Tip the busser directly because the server gets the tip and they shouldn't if all they do is write your order and bring the food.

This is the worse customer service I got from the server and the manager at this restaurant. The server didn't do a very good job at cleaning up a spill drink n it was dripping off the table where I was sitting at the table n he didn't give us any napkins to wipe the floor. Than got mine and sister order mix up. He didn't even come check on us until my sister had to wave him down so she could order Togo food. I look at the bill and the server add a 18% for tip n I didn't want to pay the tip because of his bad service. The server didn't even check on us n keep walking by us. I told the cashier n she end up getting the manager n she tell me that it wasn't his fault for the spill n it wasn't his job to clean up the spill on the floor n it was my fault and it was for me to clean it up. The manager said she was walking around checking on tables and not even once I see her in the section we were at and she told me that I wasn't paying attention. Which was stupid because I never seen her anywhere. I told I would pay for the food but not the tip n she keep saying I'll call the cop because I was trying to get away from not paying. I'm like I was going pay for the food just not the tip. Than she keep saying it's illegal because I didn't want to pay the food. But I still pay n told her I wasn't coming back because how bad of service of her and her server was towards us. And she yells at me "well good we don't need u back here again." That was a horrible place to eat

Went here with my wife and was basically ignored for 25 min's. Only the beverage guy came over for drink order and chips. Finally, paid for a $7 can of Tecate and left. I've been patronizing this place for over 30 years. Maybe they don't value long time customers? From now on it's online ordering only. Anonymous with no gratuity is how I will roll. But then again, why bother? I had great service in the past but it takes one negative employee to ruin it. Won't be coming here any more.

Kachina is an excellent restaurant. Very neat and clean. Excellent and pleasant service. And the most important of all, the food is excellent (and I am very picky about the quality of Mexican food). I highly recommend it to everyone!

Pork Carnitas Taco; simple dish but was soooooo inedible. Shell was stale and very chewy and meat was so dry like jerky! So surprised this place survived the pandemic!
