We tried the ramen, sushi, karaage, and skewers. All of these things tasted below average. The sushi rice was hard, the karaage did not taste fresh, the skewers were too salty, and the ramen’s pork belly was dry.

We stopped by Karma Sushi Bar Grill and ordered the Volcano Roll the Vegas Roll and some edamame to start. Everything was fresh and flavorful but the highlight of the night was definitely the Vegas Roll. The combination of textures and flavors was perfectly balanced and it stood out as one of the best rolls I have had in a long time. The Volcano Roll was also tasty and had a nice kick but the Vegas Roll was truly unforgettable.
Beyond the food the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was attentive without being overbearing and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It really added to the overall experience and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
If you enjoy sushi this place offers a good mix of creative rolls and classic favorites. For me it was the Vegas Roll that set the bar so high and it is the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after you leave.

The ramen is SO good!!!! The broth had so much flavor and the noodles soaked it in perfectly. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and added cilantro. Cilantro gave it an extra pop of freshness. The pork was crazy flavorful, I would definitely add an extra serving of that next time. Will be back... Maybe even tomorrow.

Ordered a combo C and Spider roll to go, this is the advertised contents: 12pc Nigiri of Hamachi, Maguro, Sake, Ebi, Suzuki, Taco, Ahi Tataki, and Bintoro, Inari, Tamago, Aji, and Scallop. Comes with a miso soup.
Actual contents had subbed out Aji, Inari, and Maguro with salmon eggs, tobiko, and some weird fish that I hated. I order that over going to Go because it has everything I like, and nothing I don't.
If they had just let me know I would forgive and forget, I love Karma after all and spend tons of money here. But they didn't include miso soup, and then in my suzuki I had a fishbone so I felt the need to speak up. Do better! Will be switching over to getting my fix from Go, since I can order exactly what I want in singles. Or you know, I can come back if you hook it up and make things right - I'll fix my review if that matters. Cheers.

Me giving it a 4 is still a good thing. Let's be real. It's a good sushi joint. Not great, but damn good. Everything I had I would get again and again. Service was good as well. Again, my 4 star rating should still encourage people to go. How many sushi joints do you know that are in the middle of nowhere in a desert?

Born and raised in Sedona First time going to karma. At the beginning, it was really good the server knew lots about the menu. Also, I have told him I was a vegetarian and I asked him for recommendation and he gave me a few of them. Later my food came I then about Five minutes later, a lady a came to give me my rice and place it down and says it’s the “veggie rice with no meat” I take a few bites out of it, not thinking too much later the guy comes and tell me that they gave me the wrong plate. Apparently, I was eating the one with the chicken gladly. I didn’t taste any chicken, but I couldn’t even get an apology Even though it was their fault. Such an inconvenience, And I still paid full price for everything even though it was on them

This has been out go to in Flagstaff for years. But I’m not too happy about the menu changes. They took off a lot of our favorites especially the kaibab roll and pork belly fried rice. It’s also a pet peeve when they don’t give you an itemized bill and instead hand you a device with the total and stand over you watching you tip. Also they added gratuity and still ask for a tip on the device. It’s just not the same.
