Service is 10/10! The owner and staff are friendly and kind. There was a minimal wait and the food came out quickly! We ordered the chicken katsu, bulgogi bowl and Nagasaki. The side dishes were fresh and very tasty!! My son liked it so much he wanted to come back the next day for lunch. We’re visiting from Orange County, Ca and this Korean food is on par! *chef’s kiss

The service is incredibly slow - I had to get our menus from the outside and even so we waited 10 minutes for the Korean lady running the store to get us menus. Then we waited 10 more minutes for us to ask her for water. She only sweet talks the white people - very embarrassing.
The food was delicious though, just a tad bit pricey.

I love this place. The owner is very sweet too. Food is delicious. The matcha lemonade is not great, tastes just like regular lemonade. Everything else is wonderful. I will be back many times. Thank you 🙏

I came in and sat by the window, the owner I thought was sweet , instead I over hear talking about the homeless shelter next door and how she is thankful it's closed down and the homeless can go else where..... And I seen how she treated her servers. I left after not feeling a good as I did walking in. The food was good but the environment it gave was not necessary and was not professional.

Amazing place for food and atmosphere. The owner was absolutely a wonderful lady, it was our first time and she gave us some free sides and ice cream for my son. Food is very fresh and you can tell its house made. Great place will come back when we visit flagstaff.
Was really excited to return to this restaurant since we had a good experience last time. Today was a complete failure. We arrived and entered the restaurant and were immediately told to come back in 20 minutes, no other greating was given. We were confused since tables were open. We stood outside in 50° weather to watch a couple park, check out the menu and then be immediately seated when they entered the restaurant. We will no longer be visiting this establishment.

I think this place gets high reviews because it's the only Korean eatery in Flagstaff. Truthfully the food wasn't that good, the chicken was extremely dry and none of the dishes tasted quite right compared to other Korean places. The bulgogi also just wasn't bulgogi on top of also being dry. From the start our party of seven was told that we were too big to serve different meals, so try to order the same thing. When it came to taking the order she said 4 different things that we wanted to order weren't available (even tteokboki). Overall a pretty bad experience and wouldn't come again.

Went here while visiting the town on vacation, and it was amazing. The food was delicious, and came out very fast. The staff were all very nice, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. I would love to come back if I'm ever in town Again.

The food is amazing! My parents and I came from out of town and stopped by Kokiyo to try something new. We were not dissapointed! The waitress was so kind and explained everything very well, the homemade drinks were amazing, and the food was beyond delicious, I had the tteokbokki with rice and a side of the radish soup, and I'm still thinking about it, and my parents had the bulgogi lunch platters. Everything wash fresh, flavorful, and truly just so good! I can't wait to go back, I haven't enjoyed lunch that much in a long time! I will be telling everyone I know about it! Thank you for the amazing meal Kokiyo staff!!!
