The food was unbelievable. Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in flagstaff. Tortillas were fresh, the salsas were incredible and the taste of the food was authentic. I’ll be eating here a few times a week from here on out. I can’t wait to try more of the menu!

The young lady at the counter was not in the restaurant when I arrived, and had the tell the cook to get back in the kitchen as well. Neither of them wore hair nets despite having long hair. She stated the ice machine was broken and could not tell me if the soda was still cold. The cashier seemed more excited to gossip with her friend than remembering what I ordered.
I really like the food, but I don’t like to be treated like I’m an inconvenience.

The food was subpar, the customer service however was somehow worse. The lady taking my order couldn’t care less if she tried. After ordering two tacos she stared at me and said “one”. Repeatedly. She kept repeating herself and eventually very rudely completed her statement clarifying she only had enough to make one. She then very rudely supplied me with salsa. Will not be returning

IF THE PLACE LOOKS CLOSED DON'T GO. This place has absolutely horrible customer service. The young lady at the counter was rude and short tempered. Our food was cold and barely passable. Green Salsa wasn't even spicy. We love coming to this mall and were excited to try a new spot. Never again! We will stick with the other food court options, always fresh food and friendly people serving.

I got the Mexicana burrito plate and it was disgusting and dry. The rice was dry, and was hard:( My burrito was so watery, and fell apart.
La comida está buena pero el personal el jovencito es muy mal encarado y la salsa estos nuevos dueños la asen demasiado aguada no tienen el mismo interés de la dueña anterior 😔
