The food was unbelievable. Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in flagstaff. Tortillas were fresh, the salsas were incredible and the taste of the food was authentic. I’ll be eating here a few times a week from here on out. I can’t wait to try more of the menu!
The young lady at the counter was not in the restaurant when I arrived, and had the tell the cook to get back in the kitchen as well. Neither of them wore hair nets despite having long hair. She stated the ice machine was broken and could not tell me if the soda was still cold. The cashier seemed more excited to gossip with her friend than remembering what I ordered.

I have eaten from La Placitas many times and love their Hongos Quesadilla on corn tortilla and also their Nopales one.\nI try not to eat meat and this is an excellent option here on the east side of town
