A line out the door at 6:50 and they’re not open despite signing saying they open at 6:30. They keep giving us the thumbs up from inside but won’t unlock the doors. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a coconino mocha and it just tasted like chocolate milk ( no coffee taste at all). Also got a Affogato and there was no ice cream in it ( ice cream was the base of the drink). Very nice young man at the register and a cute and clean place. Too bad the drinks not up to par.

We came in during a snow storm. The place is really not welcoming or warm. I got a chai tea, which was fine, and my son got a lemon scone. It had a hair baked in the inside. Really grossed me out about the whole place. We soon left.

Late for the Train has a wonderful history of producing amazing coffee and nice quick bites in Flagstaff. It’s been a top notch business operation for many years. That’s why we went in to stock up on our coffee. When we arrived the place was packed with a long line of consumers and at least 6 employees working, so slowly, behind the counter as-if they were a group of zombies on a cbd high. I have traveled all over the coffee drinking world and have never seen so many employees working so slowly in place that sells caffeine. It could explain the high prices in here; where the business chooses to hire this crowd of slow moving teenagers. I’m sure this great shop could be run by two experienced and awake baristas and business would work much better.

We enjoyed our coffee drinks but didn't get the warm vibes from this place. When you enter, it's a little confusing, the signs direct you to the back to order - maybe there are long lines sometimes? Loud laughing staff in an otherwise quiet place with lots of people on computers. No chairs left in the place for us. When I asked if they could find a chair they just laughed and said people move them around.

My husband and I had some time to kill before our flight back home, so we stopped downtown at the Late for the Train coffee shop. This one had good reviews so we thought we would give it a try! We walked in and the line was LONG (mostly college kids) so my husband had the idea to order online and we went to sit in their outdoor patio and waited until it was ready (would recommend over standing in a long line). We enjoyed our coffee and the beautiful Flagstaff weather on their back patio. A neat place to try!

Food was ok. No recycling! So wasteful using plastic and cup covers when we’re sitting in! Croissant was ok and so was coffee. But wasn’t blown away. This is a college town, we should know better and recycle!

What a neat place to grab a tea or coffee. We stopped here with another couple during a week day morning. It was pretty busy but could accommodate everyone coming in. They had plenty of seating and spacing if that is a concern. I had a Retro Metro which is coconut milk with a trip shot added to it. Picked up a plain croissant to go with it as well. Plenty of other choices of drinks and pastries to get your morning jump started. As with most shops now day’s be sure and check if they are taking cash and/or credit. Wonderful place and will definitely return to it.

We go here every time we are in Flagstaff. It was over a year this time. We each ordered the Oat Milk Mocha Latte ... I had forgotten just how wonderful it was. Service was just as awesome as the drink!

Had no idea which of all those drinks would satisfy my craving. So I asked the order taker to select for me. Told her iced, caffeine OK but not re at hired, and not very sweet. Made my day. People watched put front window. But they had a great patio out back and couches too.

We originally were going to go somewhere else, but they never opened so we walked around and found this place. We had coffee and pastries. All was very good. They had a very nice courtyard that we sat in and there were several people with computers appearing to be working. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this coffee shop. Staff was friendly.

It has everything you want: good coffee and free internet. However, a plain scone for $5 it pretty outrageous but maybe that's normal for Flagstaff. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place is great for catching up with friends and having a quick cup of Joe outside. It is in a great location also.
