I'm on a road trip cross country and thought little Caesars would be great to load up on some food for the day. I walked in, the place was empty of customers but yet not a single employee came out to greet me or take my order. I waited about 15 minutes, got no service, downloaded the app and ordered through that. My pizza came out quick enough which makes sense as it was under baked and they couldn't even manage to cut it correctly. When the staff saw me pick up my pizza I asked for some napkins and plates, and the woman at the counter was dismissive and seemingly annoyed I asked for the basics. 0/10 avoid at all costs, worst Little Caesars Ive ever been to

This is now the third time in the past few months trying to pick up pizza here. All three times, absolutely zero pizzas ready. Isn't that the whole point of Little Caesars? To have the convenience? This time was even better though, had to wait 4-5 minutes before I even saw an employee.

My lunch deep dish pizza was under cooked. I could make a dough ball with the center of crust. Stuffed Crust pizza had no cheese in side crust & under cooked. 0⭐️

It doesn't matter if we place an order ahead of time or do a walk in order, we're always waiting a ridiculous amount of time for our food. At this point it's worth spending the extra bucks to order at another joint.

Kids that work there are rude and disrespectful. Establishment is filthy and so are the employees. Is there a manager on duty ever? I feel bad for whoever owns this location. Food is either under or overcooked. Never cut correctly. Food was inedible and they dont answer the phones, ever. Worst location I've ever wasted money at.

Call after Call no pick up from this place . I get there to place and order and they say we can’t take your order because we shut the stove off 20 mins before closing and had the nerve to ask if we want a “cold pizza” . No consideration for customers what so ever. Pathetic!!!

This is the second time I’ve been to Little Caesars 20 minutes before they close and every time I go there or try to call 30 minutes before no one picks up but when I get there they decline my order. If a business says they are closing at this specific time they should obey by what they say other than false advertising. And if anything if they want to close early and decline, customers request upon arrival then maybe they should consider changing the time.

Tried to pick up a door dash 5 mins before close saw the ready food doors were locked and the employees hid behind the counter so they didn't have to answer the door pathetic im trying to make money too

Placed an order on Uber eats which was delivered incorrectly. Contacted the store and spoke to a 20 year old claiming to be the general manager. He insulted me several times before hanging up on me like a child. Luckily I recorded the entire call and will be reaching out to the regional manager as a person like this has no business being manager of anything.

Whoever the guy was that was working today, June 7, 2025 at approximately 2:30 to 3:00 PM is a complete and total d bag. I I walked in very calmly and nicely just like I do at every establishment because I actually have respect for people and I was picking up an Uber eats order. Now I’ve been doing this for almost 10 years working for DoorDash and Uber eats and I’m also a frequent customer at Little Caesars so I’m well aware that the pizza portal exists and that you need a code to access your pizza. However, I walked in and it didn’t provide me a code just the name, no matter where I looked in the app. It was not there. The guy turned around with frustration and says can I help you with something? And I said calmly and nicely and turn my phone around yes hi I’m picking up this order for Kobe and immediately he shrugs at me and rolls his eyes and says there’s nothing that I can do you need the code -so rudely, I wasn’t about to put up with that, so I turned immediately to the girl working and said nicely hi. Excuse me I’m picking up this order and then showed her the name and almost immediately he proceeds to take it out of the oven and give it to me fast and rudely slamming the pizzas. As I’m leaving, he says “It’s very simple” in a very condescending and nasty way now this isn’t the first time this has happened. What’s simple big guy is they didn’t provide me a code. Now this actually happened once with my own personal order. They never emailed me the pizza portal code, and I had to beg and plead with them by showing them my e-Receipt of purchasing the pizza for them to even give it to me -whoever the manager is here needs to get it together with the training and the attitude checks. If you hate your job and take it out on customer, GET A NEW JOB!!!

Might I add I’m in my late 20s and not some old Karen complaining- I’m a normal nice young human being who has extensive customer service experience. And wow the 1 star reviews line this entire page it’s crazy. Looks like you guys really need some TLC
