They take forever
The picture speaks for itself, really. It was so ridiculous I actually laughed because how... š¤¦š¼āāļø
Tried to pick up a door dash 5 mins before close saw the ready food doors were locked and the employees hid behind the counter so they didn't have to answer the door pathetic im trying to make money too
Placed an order on Uber eats which was delivered incorrectly. Contacted the store and spoke to a 20 year old claiming to be the general manager. He insulted me several times before hanging up on me like a child. Luckily I recorded the entire call and will be reaching out to the regional manager as a person like this has no business being manager of anything.
They are not nice to customers. They had a promo for Mountain Dew mango.The employees kept it for themselves and would not sell it to the public
Whoever the guy was that was working today, June 7, 2025 at approximately 2:30 to 3:00 PM is a complete and total d bag. I I walked in very calmly and nicely just like I do at every establishment because I actually have respect for people and I was picking up an Uber eats order. Now Iāve been doing this for almost 10 years working for DoorDash and Uber eats and Iām also a frequent customer at Little Caesars so Iām well aware that the pizza portal exists and that you need a code to access your pizza. However, I walked in and it didnāt provide me a code just the name, no matter where I looked in the app. It was not there. The guy turned around with frustration and says can I help you with something? And I said calmly and nicely and turn my phone around yes hi Iām picking up this order for Kobe and immediately he shrugs at me and rolls his eyes and says thereās nothing that I can do you need the code -so rudely, I wasnāt about to put up with that, so I turned immediately to the girl working and said nicely hi. Excuse me Iām picking up this order and then showed her the name and almost immediately he proceeds to take it out of the oven and give it to me fast and rudely slamming the pizzas. As Iām leaving, he says āItās very simpleā in a very condescending and nasty way now this isnāt the first time this has happened. Whatās simple big guy is they didnāt provide me a code. Now this actually happened once with my own personal order. They never emailed me the pizza portal code, and I had to beg and plead with them by showing them my e-Receipt of purchasing the pizza for them to even give it to me -whoever the manager is here needs to get it together with the training and the attitude checks. If you hate your job and take it out on customer, GET A NEW JOB!!!
Might I add Iām in my late 20s and not some old Karen complaining- Iām a normal nice young human being who has extensive customer service experience. And wow the 1 star reviews line this entire page itās crazy. Looks like you guys really need some TLC
Blasting really bad music through bad speaker. No cleaning done inside or outside. I also got a pizza for the first time in my life today that was overlooked in the cut completely so having no pizza cutter is really fun right now.
It's supposed to be hot and ready, if you don't have any tell me before I pay
May 4, 10:32 as Iām writing this customer service is absolute garbage. There are plenty of workers in the back, just chitchatting away one girl even on her phone, staring directly at me as I just stand there waiting to be asked if I needed any help, stood there for maybe five minutes with her, just staring at me until she finally asked if I wanted to place an order. Food is okay below mediocre but will not be coming back due to rude staff, HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!!!
I was so excited to have the pretzel crust like we ordered and instead got was was more like a dry regular crust! Super disappointed!! We ordered 2 hours before and had a 8 pm pick up time. The pizza was definitely made more like when we ordered it rather than closer to 8pm. Luckily we are here on vacation and will never have a need to order here again. Maybe the shop in my home town will be able to get the crust correct!!
Btw, maybe learn to cut the bread betterā¦. A little more effort would go a long way!

Garbage store and lazy employees don't expect them to get your order correct wether it be a couple things they could care less...š§
Trash all over the outside, inside also not great. The two guys definitely didnt want to be there. Go to the other location much better. Hawaiian pizza had hardly any toppings, all piled in the center.

Went here a few nights ago and it was the worst service I can remember receiving from any fast food restaurant in the past few years. Two employees, one of which had no uniform and looked like any other person off the street. He was mopping the lobby, which was soaked when I entered. He then said to his co-worker, "Watch this guys slip on his way out" and they both started laughing. I was the only person in there too, so they were obviously comfortable with harassing a lone customer within earshot. To my dismay, I had to ask that guy for help with the kiosk, he eventually gave me my order and told me they were out of breadsticks and gave me a personal pizza instead. So I got my large pizza, and....more pizza, instead of the breadsticks I ordered.
