I had a burgar, asked for medium plus and it was basically raw. :(. :(. I was pretty excited about it. But too raw. Fries and rings where not great either. For the price. It was very disappointing. :(.

Carl was one of the nicest and patient people that I’ve encountered in a while at a faster food type place! Food is really good as well! Would recommend anyone taking a trip to the mall for some good grub!

I was so excited to have a quick burger with my mother. I was rather dissatisfied when i waited 40 minutes for two burgers that were supposed to be medium rare, that were definitely well done. We got our order, and we were missing our fries. Shouldve just got pizza.

Food was good but , the burger patty was really pink all the way through, i think they have a new grill guy and there was a long line so he was in a rush. Bro make sure you cook the pattties
My issues stem from the fact that I tried to use their tap pay, it did not work so it had me enter my card information and then insert my card. It ended up charging me twice (waiting to see if the charges drop.) then I was told to come back up before I leave to make sure the charges posted. I then gave the employee (who was great btw) my card info again and was charged a 3rd time right away instead of waiting for the pending charges to drop off. I know that the employee was instructed to do this by the manager. I understand how banking can be goofy by currently I am out $150 right now on my honeymoon. Food was great tho

I took a trip down to flagstaff and this burger joint interested me. There was a rat that passed by the floors, and obviously I asked for a refund. When asking for a refund the manager Marcel was extremely rude. Never have I been to an establishment where the person who’s supposed to be in charge has such a nasty attitude. He was extremely unprofessional. If you guys don’t want to eat pest infested food and have a bad experience don’t come here.

We ordered two BBQ BACON CHEESEBURGERS with ONION RINGS. The ONION RINGS were fantastic, but the CHEESEBURGERS were not MED RARE. 😕 It was good, but dry and overcooked with very little sauce. Visit was 1/6 at Noon. For $38 lunch... expected better. Sorry.
