My issues stem from the fact that I tried to use their tap pay, it did not work so it had me enter my card information and then insert my card. It ended up charging me twice (waiting to see if the charges drop.) then I was told to come back up before I leave to make sure the charges posted. I then gave the employee (who was great btw) my card info again and was charged a 3rd time right away instead of waiting for the pending charges to drop off. I know that the employee was instructed to do this by the manager. I understand how banking can be goofy by currently I am out $150 right now on my honeymoon. Food was great tho

I took a trip down to flagstaff and this burger joint interested me. There was a rat that passed by the floors, and obviously I asked for a refund. When asking for a refund the manager Marcel was extremely rude. Never have I been to an establishment where the person who’s supposed to be in charge has such a nasty attitude. He was extremely unprofessional. If you guys don’t want to eat pest infested food and have a bad experience don’t come here.

We ordered two BBQ BACON CHEESEBURGERS with ONION RINGS. The ONION RINGS were fantastic, but the CHEESEBURGERS were not MED RARE. 😕 It was good, but dry and overcooked with very little sauce. Visit was 1/6 at Noon. For $38 lunch... expected better. Sorry.

This is located in the Flagstaff Mall. The food was cooked to order and the chef did great on cooking my bacon cheeseburger! Prices were decent for being mall food and I would say it was worth the price. They have quite the menu, but if you enjoy burgers this is a good spot. You can dine in the food court or take it to go. They do have a diner bar with about 8 barstools to eat at the counter.

Great little light lunch spot. I wasn't super hungry and just needed a quick bite to eat. I had the Kids mini cheeseburger meal and it only cost me $7. The burger was really tasty and the service was great. I'll be back!

We got the cheese burger and juicy Luicy combos, burgers were cooked great, had good flavor, got steak fries with it which were good. The service was great, both the guy and girl working the counter were very friendly. Only reason for not giving it 5 star is price, it's slightly higher than I was expecting for what we received.

Really nice employees. I saw a photo of one of their old specials online, and they said they could do it for me. They even asked how I like my burger cooked, which isn't something I usually expect from fast food. I also liked the little buzzer they give you to let you know when your food is ready. It only took about two minutes anyway. Oh, and I forgot to add, it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely come back.
I had a mushroom and Swiss with green chile, it was medium, and cooked perfectly.

You have to check this place out in my opinion, the best Philly cheesesteak in Flagstaff and don’t forget to get their secret sauce on it which is to die for! I will defiantly be back again and again! Thank you for the amazing service and the best sandwich ever!
