I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS COFFEE SHOP! the owner remembers every name of every customer. he is the nicest man in flagstaff. We love visiting his coffee shop! This place is my favorite stop in flagstaff!

Disappointing visit. Food prepared incorrectly and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN more specific about what I wanted. The young lady that prepared the food was pleasant and apologetic, and the manager (I assume) lady had poor customer service skills at best. I was offered a refund which never came. After a 10 minute wait we left. She’s not great at customer service, but she is more than qualified at ignoring a problem. That’s the last money Lund Canyon Coffee will get from me. I’d rather wait in line at Dutch Bros in the parking lot At least I know there’s at least a 50% chance my order will be wrong there and I can count on that.

We were visiting from the valley and stopped here for some coffee. It was the best experience i’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Not only do they have gluten free food options (a lovely surprise!) but they also sell local artwork. We bought two paintings. I also want to mention it was PACKED. Extremely busy, yet the staff was all smiles and took their time to be friendly and attentive to each and every customer. As someone who has worked in customer service all my life, i was very impressed! May the New Year bring your business all the success it clearly deserves!
