Disappointing visit. Food prepared incorrectly and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN more specific about what I wanted. The young lady that prepared the food was pleasant and apologetic, and the manager (I assume) lady had poor customer service skills at best. I was offered a refund which never came. After a 10 minute wait we left. She’s not great at customer service, but she is more than qualified at ignoring a problem. That’s the last money Lund Canyon Coffee will get from me. I’d rather wait in line at Dutch Bros in the parking lot At least I know there’s at least a 50% chance my order will be wrong there and I can count on that.

We were visiting from the valley and stopped here for some coffee. It was the best experience i’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Not only do they have gluten free food options (a lovely surprise!) but they also sell local artwork. We bought two paintings. I also want to mention it was PACKED. Extremely busy, yet the staff was all smiles and took their time to be friendly and attentive to each and every customer. As someone who has worked in customer service all my life, i was very impressed! May the New Year bring your business all the success it clearly deserves!

I just moved to Flagstaff and have been to several coffeehouses. This is in my top two favorites! It was extremely busy on my visit today and all the staff were as attentive and welcoming as when it is slower. They get my Mexican mocha just right. Extra spicy , not too sweet. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. The coffee is excellent and they serve it in actual mugs for in house. I love it!
