For Flagstaff’s longest running coffee shop and roastery, I expected better tasting coffee and a cleaner environment.
I ordered a dirty chai. (Didn’t take a photo of it) It had a lovely aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg but was so bleh—zero espresso taste. That was disappointing. I go out for a dirty chai as a treat. Today I wish I had made my own.
Also, I tend to judge a coffee shop by their attention to detail. Macy’s is dirty; the decades of smudges from hands touching the common surfaces makes me
wonder what kind of sanitary practises are going on behind the scene. 😬

This place was full of super friendly people. They took out order, offered the dog a treat and pets! The food was great as was the service. It is a vegetarian restaurant so if you are looking for animal based protein or meat, this is not really the place for you. They do offer alternatives, and they do serve eggs. I highly recommend this place for the people, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe!

If you want the ✔️ go there but it's nothing to write home about. I actually left my coffee unfinished. Very mediocre.

My wife and I decided to try Macy's based off of the reviews. We ordered the half biscuits and gravy... Very good!!! These are vegetarian. We added eggs, they only offer them cooked one way which is very odd. They were steamed and in the shape a round biscuit, strange! The thing I was most excited to try was the croissant. This was such a let down. It was more like a croissant one could buy at Costco or any supermarket. The coffee was good, I have the Bohemian and wife had the Cafe cinnamon. There isn't a lot of seating and it gets really busy. Very cute atmosphere and overall experience was OK.

A great place to stop of you have a few hours to kill before a flight. Excellent coffee, great pastries and sandwiches. Lots of sitting room and great atmosphere.
