Usually closed. Mama Burger used to be our “go to.” It was a vibrant, bustling local business. Now, Mama B is a gray, dark building with a brand new CLOSED sign occupying a valuable space in the Fort Valley Community that definitely needs a vibrant OPEN business to serve our families. It’s disappointing and honestly kind of sad to drive by Mama B and see the closed sign always turned and the vacant lot. Flag doesn’t need another vacant business. It’s a shadow of what it used to be. My family recommends In N Out, Brown Bag and Diablo if you want good burgers and service.

Trust the other reviews when they say Mama Burger has changed too much. Service was lacking, hard to understand how they need two days a week of extra training to be bumped by employees entering and exiting the kitchen when there is no place to stand (not to mention their current 3.5 hours of operation). Straw that broke the camels back? Only two mix ins for a shake- cannot do a malt, with two flavors as malt is considered a mix in. All of which are 50 cents extra- totaling $7 as is. No where is the max mix ins stated! Talk about flavor and value? Head to Dog Haus or In-N-Out. Two stars for decent taste, hard pass on all else.

There is a veggie burger. Its wonderful! You order the burger you want but with the veggie patty.The lovely waitresses! I did a Google review when this place was called Mama Burger. It was a 3 star experience. New name, new renovation, time for a revisit. In short, it was great! They have a monthly special. This month was the Blu Cheese burger. It was great. The servers were all engaged and friendly. The new renovations looked and felt great. And the prices were fair! I will be back.Parking: Parking is tough. Small lot, but plenty of street parking if you are up for a nice stroll.

As a local and a regular at Mama burgers this is not the same. Mama burger has had a special place in my families heart and sadly that season has come to an end. We went there recently and food the was super disappointing. We waiting at least 20 min for our food, and people who ordered after us got there food way before us. Awkward seating and no where for people to wait. Also don’t bring your kids who need high chairs. They don’t have any so you have to hold your child the entire time you eat. The burger tasted like a burger we’d get in the school cafeteria. Sadly we will not be returning. Go to Brown Bag.

Nice remodel. Food didn't quite hit the mark but I'll give it another shot. People need to remember cost of food has gone up significantly since they were last open so no complaints there, and I would pay more if the patties were thicker. Fries were over cooked. Limited hours isn't helping them open back up with all the demand.

A lackluster return for a former Flagstaff staple.We got the mama burger, GC burger, fries, tots and two shakes, $39. We were planning on the drive thru but it's still not open yet.Burgers were decent but seemed thinner/not enough toppings. Fries were chewier, not great. Service was good, but food took a while.Mostly disappointed with the more limited options and removal of some classic menu items that kept me coming back.At least we still have Diablo Burger.

So excited that Mama’s reopened - what a disappointment!! Burger was fair. Didn’t love the bun. But worst of all was the fries. They were mediocre at best and certainly not like the fries they used to have, which were amazing. We won’t be going back.

Loved it. They served everyone with a smile and they were just extremely busy. Met the owner. She was working hard and so wonderful. Outstanding food. Great experience. Highly recommend. We were tourists but most of the customers were locals and loved hearing their stories how they have waited more than a year for them to reopen.
