This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to in my entire life. It’s not even mildly inconveniently slow, it’s to the point of absurdity. Hire some more people or something my God.

Had amazing service here everybody was so polite thank you to Genesis & Merick for all your help and checking to see if we needed anything loved the service here. We will definitely be returning to this McDonald's

I ordered a mcdouble here and immediately threw it up because there was something funky about it. Not to mention their staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never coming back here again.

At around 11:15 pm on July 9th. The woman in the drive thru refused service because my friend who has autism screeched a little too loudly after becoming overstimulated. After apologizing countless times they continued to refuse service even though we already paid for our meal. She refused to hear us out and was very rude. Very disappointed in how inconsiderate and unforgiving this establishment is that when someone who is special needs comes to this place (even the drive-thru) and begins to have a meltdown, they assume the worst of us and denies us food that we pay for.

Ordered on the mobile app - apparently they don't know how to read - went back to fix it & they STILL didn't do it right. Double cheeseburger with cheese & mustard only.. Is it that hard?? It was late night so not super busy. I have been on the road for weeks now & just wanted a hot meal that wasn't from a gas station. Y'all are better off going to the gas station & I wish I would have now. I was actually contemplating staying in flagstaff for a few more days but I don't think I will now - not when I know I wont get to eat. I've came to realize that fast food employees were the kids that should have been left behind in school & take the short bus. This is absolutely ridiculous.

visited this McDonald's location on South Milton Road in Flagstaff ordered four ice cream cones two in a cup, one of my ice creams had a hair on it as I pulled away from the drive-thru I had went in to tell them about it they remade it and it still had a hair on my second ice cream cone this is absolutely frustrating getting upsetting because this McDonald's and it's employees are a freaking joke! I told them I wanted my money back and they said no refunds so much for the customer being writing you know you wouldn't even have a job or business if it wasn't for your customers! I'm going to report y'all to the better Business bureau and the health administration for serving bad food! I will never order from this location again! I give a big fat zero Stars!!! 🤬
This McDonald's in Flagstaff is the best, and food served fresh and hot. My mama wanted to eat there for breakfast every day. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches can't be beat when on the go. Ty Flagstaff team for a wonderful experience. ❤️🔥😍🥳

My drink order took 10 minutes. My drink was made poorly, rushed. Not friendly, dead. The place needs to hire staff to allow a better experience or just shut down. Not worth the visit, go to Wendy's just down the road.
