Came here to get a sprite and a strawberry shake, the shake they gave me had ALL FOUR FLAVORS INSTEAD OF ONE. I don’t live in the area and was already on the highway headed home, I asked for a strawberry shake but instead received a Strawberry, Mint, Chocolate & Vanilla shake. Absolutely disgusting! Clean your nozzles in between orders!

Over the last 2 months this location on Milton Rd has acutely executed delivered POOR service, POOR food quality, POOR food drive thru delivery ,POOR order taken, POOR management , lack training and do NOTfollow mcDonalds protocols .Just about daily I visit McDonald's at least once per day. This locations has definitely changed for the utmost WORST. Cold food, not as ordered, request manager to correct problem to NO avail.Manager refuses to come to window after numerous requests. EMPLOYEES Attitude are EXTEMELY POOR bad at this location NOW. Katrina first assistant today reluctantly address said problem with an acute bad attitude. Katrina DEPICTED Intellectually deaf syndrome and does not care as all other order takers.... .Manager refused to address problem. This incompetency under trained employees are rampid at this location NOW. This location has drastically changed for the worst from last year! There are two other mcDonald locations in Flaggstaff USE THEM instead of one on MILTON RD!!!!! Dr.

Mostly really good. Only complaint is that they sometimes half fill their large fries and one time I got an ice cream cone through the app and when I got there, it was melting and dripping all over the counter. They refused to remake it.
