Easily the best McDonalds in Flagstaff and perhaps Arizona or the country. Staff treat you like a human. Drinks can be reached by you. The McDonalds on Milton should come here and learn how to run a business. They ask you to leave for loitering at the Milton after you buy something. Milton location shoukd be shutdown or bought by owners of this location. Always a great experience here.

This McDonald's is the worst of all three in flagstaff. Managers, all levels are extremely rude.Food quality is questionable. Couple waiting behind me, heard them talking about poor service and food quality. Even the gal at the register reply to me when rewards would not work at this mc Donalds only, she said you should trying working here, bad.

Whatever you do! Do not use the app to order delivery. The 2 times I've tried they delivered to the wrong address and the other time they closed 3 hours early which I found out 2 hours later

I have went in to the drive thru this morning. However the cashier is first window the MANLY MAN WITH THE SOFT VOICE, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE, DENIED MY ACCESS TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER. I HAD TO KNOCK ON THE WINDOW TO GET THE MANAGER IN THE OFFICE ATTENTION WHILE HE WAS FIXING HIS TIR AND HE JUST LAUGHED AT ME. THEN ANOTHER MANAGER CAME TO THE WINDOW HWR NAME WAS VERENICE. AlLSO HAS STATED THEY DONT FIVE NAME OUT BECAUSE CUSTOMERS WANT TO COMPLAIN FOR NOTHING. SHE ALSO DENIED TO GIVE ME CORPORATES NUMBER TO REPORT THIS INCIDENT ALONG WITH NOT GIVING ME THE NAME IF THE REGISTER OPERATOR. I ALSO HAVE STATED I NEED TO SPEAK WITH DAVE THE MAN MANAGER ABOUT THIS BAD SERVICE HAPPENING IN HIS STORE OPERATIONS.
