Went this morning to try and order me some Breakfast. Wanted to place an order and the cashier tells me I have to use the kiosk. Mind you there is no one in front and not busy on the drive thru. As a person who's worked 28 years in the industry and hate complaining this has to be the most dumbest thing ever!! They are the same workers who want to make 20-25 and hour like come on. Some don't deserve 5 bucks an hour so I came to the nearest restaurant Jack in The Box and now enjoying my breakfast. Do better McDonald's and better train the workers you have there.

Ordered no salt on my fries and they told me to wait around the corner at the stop sign. The vehicle in front of me pulled off after they got their food so I pulled forward. I sat outside for over 15 minutes waiting for my food, staring at the door waiting for someone to come out. No one ever came out so I went inside and the manager gave me attitude saying I should’ve just called. Then proceeded to give me more attitude, pointing at my food telling me to just take it and leave because she had other things to deal with. Poor business management.

The service was fine. Great, even, and fast, but I would have been happy to wait longer for hot chicken nuggets and complete cheeseburgers. We got a couple of the $5 meals. We stop and get those (at this McDonald's), when we're traveling between Utah and Arizona. The last time we came through, it was five star and I gave a top notch review. This time, not so much.
The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. They had been sitting for a very long time. The little package of honey mustard was OPEN. Gross. And of course, they only gave me one, so really I didn't get any sauce. I had to throw the nuggets away.
The french fries were hot when they handed me the bag, and for once they were salted, but I could only eat four or five of them before the residual heat from the lamp left them cold and inedible as well.
The cheeseburgers were just okay. They each had a tiny squirt of ketchup and two small pickle chips. That's it for toppings. They did have cheese and they tasted like McDonald's food, which is what I expected.
It was a dismal visit to the Flagstaff McDonald's that Monday. I've always thought of that $5 deal as a pretty good value, but what we got wasn't worth a quarter of what we paid.
I do have good history with this location or I would have left only one star. I know they can do better because I've seen it. I just wish I'd seen it that day.
Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's, people. If you don't want to eat animal products, then go somewhere else.
Parking: It shares a humongous parking lot with a Safeway.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. It was created for children. Take your kids there. Buy them happy meals and ice cream cones. Make special memories.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have actually gone out of their way to make the place accessible. I go out of my way to walk up the ramp and around on the little brick walkway, just because it's there. No--really it's because whenever I'm there, I've been in the car for hours and can barely walk, LoL!

Kid-friendliness: They don't have a ball pit but it's McDonald's so you can show up with a bus full of kids and they got booster seats , high chairs and Happy meals galore.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level with designated parking and ramp right at the front door.

Ugh, zero stars if I could. The drive-thru was insane, so we went inside, waited over 20 minutes after ordering and paying! Had to ask for cups twice, and the burgers looked like they'd been dragged across the floor. I'm done with McDonald's, for good!

The workers need to get their customer service right and manners or genuinely need to check their employees background info because one of the workers continuously forgot our order and then continued to only give us one part of our order and after they brought us our other half they still got it wrong.

I come from San Diego, where the minimum wage for fast food workers is $20/hr. Highest in the nation. Yet, there I pay less than $13 for a #3 meal with a medium OJ. At this McDonalds in Flagstaff, AZ, that same meal just ran me $16.22. That's a rip-off. HWY 89 robbery. Gouge pricing. Profiteering. I'm done going to this one any other McDonalds.
