The food is your typical McDonald’s fare, but their prices are obscenely higher than any other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to with the exception of the one across the street from Disneyland… I’ll never go back there, it’s really a crime!

Customer service here is not as good as it used to be at this location. Employees need to be trained to not give the customer a hard time if they make a simple request, such asking for an extra spoon or a packet of mayonnaise. That is just silly behavior. If you have an employee who does that definitely get rid of them, because that kills business more than you realize.
Ordered through the app and food was made correctly and ready within the time expected. Apple pies were nice and hot.

Honestly, this is the worst and strangest McDonalds restaurant we have ever had the misfortune to eat at. We ordered 2 quarter pounders(1 with bacon and cheese, no onions, another no cheese but all the other condiments.) we received 2 quarter pounders with cheese and all condiments. When we took back our order, the manager argued about replacing the incorrect burgers since the person that took the order incorrectly ordered the one which should have been no cheese as with cheese. Finally, after a hot moment, he agreed. Our replacement hamburgers were again the same. 2 quarter pounders with cheese and all condiments. We took those back as well. The server said,”oh, I’ll have bacon put on this one and redo the one with no cheese” What, not going to remake the bacon/cheese one too!! Third time we got our order correctly. By that time our fries were almost eaten so guess this was considered a 2 course meal! There were also signs indicating we could not sit there for more than 30 minutes. And you needed a code to get into the rest rooms. Not impressive.
