First place we’ve eaten in Arizona. It cost $27 plus tax and tip.We got Philli cheese steak fries and an avocado burger.Burger tasted good and they put a good amount of lettuce , tomato and pickles - but there was a hair in it. And like two thin slices of avocado. And my potato fries were hot but raw.The philliecheese steak was grossly freezer burnt. And the cheese was a bit of a joke. Fries themselves were tasty.2 stars. Not coming back again.

We got the Bistro Burger, and the brioche bun was so fresh and the burger was juicy. Service was excellent, and the only reason this didn't get a 5 was the fresh cut potato wedges were soft and kinda oily, not crisp. My recommendation is to ask for the "fries" twice cooked. The thinner crispers ones I did get were very good.

I used to be a regular at Mrs Zips I ordered the Chicken fried steak with no eggs and English muffin…the only thing edible was half of the English muffins…the chicken fried steak was over done and was like the poured gravy over charred jerky…the server I have never seen there tried to insist I pay even though I sent the dish back untouched except for the English muffin…Mrs Zips lost a regular customer as I will go to Mary’s Cafe , IHOP or even Dennys before I ever go back there

Super disappointed to have to leave this review I have been a big fan of miz zips my whole life!! Must be under New Management to the past couple years ordered a chicken fried steak to go it looked like someone had stepped on it and then still decided to put it in the box it was the most disgusting horrible thing I've had in a long time I used to really love their chicken fried steak that's what we would come here for
Came here just coming into Flagstaff for the weekend. Little quaint diner off Rte 66. Came in and half the restaurant (upper half) was closed so we were told to take a booth right inside the door or go downstairs. Downstairs was packed so we chose the booth by the door. We ordered our drinks and when the waitress brought our drinks she asked if we were ready to order- I like to ask what the waitress recommends and she had not one recommendation to give me- not a good sign ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ We went with the Carne Asada Fries- they were just ok And the Buffalo Chicken Fries- those were delicious! Service was ok Half the meal was so so Price wasn't bad

Always meant to try this brunch spot while in Flagstaff. Finally did, and wasn't disappointed! Will definitely go back again when in town!

One thing I’m not seeing in these reviews is a callout of the donuts. The donuts were singlehandedly the best thing I have ever eaten. They were homemade to order. I only stopped here during a national park road trip, and I am heartbroken that I may never have them again.

I had not been here in quite a few years, stopped in on a whim. It was so good. We got breakfast. It wasn’t very busy but the wait was longer than we had expected. But the staff was super nice and food was delicious. One of the best green chilis on one of our dishes in town.
