I do not know where to begin. It was a terrible experience. I will focus on the girl with red/orange hair. She clearly hates her job, people and customer service. She rolled her eyes at us. We asked a simple question about a product and she literally shook her head and scrunched her shoulders like duh. I wanted to leave right then. I should have. Our drinks were trash. Worst experience ever.

(PLEASE READ ALL) My family and I wanted a special treat for my birthday so we chose this bakery. As soon as we walked in we were rushed my husband and I ordered some macarons , 2 cheesecakes 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates for the kids as soon as we finished ordering the employee yelled out just so you know we are closing in 10 minutes !! We grabbed our 2 coffees still waiting on the kids hot chocolates then I notice two drinks just sitting on the counter . My husband then asks if those were our drinks and she said yea well I called it out but she in fact did not. we are confused why they did not call it out because we were sitting there waiting on them the whole time . 5 minutes before closing we were finishing up our items and then Edvin the cashier just smacks the light switch on us and the whole lobby went black and had my family sitting in the dark so we get it you wanted us out you made your point .We decided to just grab our things and go even though they were not closed yet . We were in shock never witnessed such rude behavior.Even My children were confused and asked why they did that . This pretty much ruined our night and I am still shocked of the treatment we received . We chose to support this business and we were let down. I am never the one to yell out someone is racist but why us ? Why did we get this treatment we were respectful and kind and even tipped . I spoke to the manager the next morning I never asked for a refund or any freebies . I just wanted to make sure she was aware of what happened because I’m sure this is not how anyone would want this business to be ran. Although the cheesecake was delicious I will take my business elsewhere where my family and I will be treated in a more positive manner.

The person that was helping us was rude and would even say a bit discriminatory towards us cause she was just a little friendlier to another couple that walked in that was a different race than us. She went as far as to complain about us to them. The flavor of the treats were ok but they were hard as a rock.

Pastry was delicious and size was good too. Service was great and helpful. Atmosphere was overall ok inside however felt too small, but atmosphere outside was better to enjoy your goodies!

When you first walk in, the delicious smells and old-time vibe seem promising, but the feeling fades fast.
The service is not warm or friendly, it’s purely transactional.
We saw these delightful holiday macarons and got a half dozen. These were unceremoniously dumped into a brown paper bag.
We got home and instantly at the first bite could tell that they were stale.
Some advice to the owners, put a little warmth into your service and a little effort into your presentation. And maybe keep an eye out for goods that are no longer fresh?

My husband and I were walking in the old section of Flagstaff, AZ this morning and came upon Mozelle's Downtown Bakery. I got the blackberry scone and my husband got the blackberry croissant. Both were absolutely delicious! Nothing like it to compare the sweetness and flavorfulness of every bite. Hope to be back.

We visited on a busy weekend, in search of some gluten free and/or dairy free options. The young lady who helped us immediately seemed annoyed at our request. She briskly guided us to a display and indicated 1 shelf with sparse options. Lesson learned, not returning here again.
I had the French macarons and they were so hard to bite through. I don’t know if they were old or what, but they were not good. My friend’s lemonade was looooaded with sugar and tasted like koolaid. She threw it away after a couple of sips.

This is a great bakery, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find that they had ham croissants. But I really came for the chocolate croissant. Really? Nice CD out in front of the store in the big square in downtown flex stuff. It was a very lovely array of pastries and sweets. They had a nice array of other than pastries.

In 2 days we visited Mozelle's four times the cookies are top-notch! Even stopped on the way out of town and got a dozen for the ride home and it's only an hour 😁 their other desserts are amazing too! The lemon bars are delicious. Definitely recommend at least stopping through, delicious absolutely delicious!
