Lexi was wonderful and informative when I called in and equally as helpful when I showed up at the store to choose! Great experience.
Amazing gluten free treats!
Mozelle's Downtown Bakery offers a quiet escape in downtown Flagstaff. I enjoyed the hefty gelato portions, especially the triple chocolate chip with strawberry cheesecake. While the gelato never disappoints, the aging display cases could use a refresh to enhance the overall appeal of their desserts. The customer service was good and helpful with selections. With plenty of seating and a generally calm atmosphere around 5 PM, it's a decent spot, though I might explore other bakeries on my next Flagstaff visit.
Only went for ice cream. The staff was nice and had a paranormal experience while inside the store. Front door opens with no one around.
The owner made my cake ugly.. While waiting for my requested design, the family owners argued with little attention to detail. While disrespecting good staff.
Darling bakery! I appreciate the large selection of gluten free recipes treats! The cupcakes 🧁 were delicious!
Visiting from out of town, decided to check this place out. Super cute decor and the cakes were amazing but the customer service needs improving. Very rude two young ladies working the counter.
The smell when you walk in is heavenly. Tasty treats and a friendly staff.
Recommended by a local for their pastries.

The cake was beautiful and perfect for pictures! Just wasn't what I ordered. I ordered an all black cake, velvet with cream cheese in the middle and sparkles all over. The baker got my age wrong. It said 30 and it was supposed to be 33. Luckily the front girl was able to fix it. The cake was supposed to be whip frosting and instead it was butter cream. The cake was dry and was not good. I paid over $60 for this cake and we live in Chandler, AZ. It was disappointing but again the cake was very beautiful. Another thing that was disappointing was that I mention to the front girl on Sunday that it was unfortunate and we were heading back home Monday morning and she said we could stop by and talk to thw owner and she would leave a note for the owner to see if she could refund me. The website shows bakery is closed on Monday's.. maybe she made a mistake. Below is a picture of the cake.
I added a picture of the inside. Not sure if red velvet is supposed to look like that.. but the cake was very dry and didn't have flavor.

I love bakery treats and danishes. I got a lemon bar and some macaroons, Lemon Bar didn’t disappoint, we got the macaroons for my son, but they were pretty good as well. We got the orange pumpkin ones. It was busy and employee was nice and she was calm with how busy it got! Would go back next time I’m in

Went in here at noon on Sunday to order some éclairs and ice cream. The employee was sitting at the register licking their thumbs repeatedly. We walked out. Please educate your employees on basic hygiene practices in the food industry.
