The cake was beautiful and perfect for pictures! Just wasn't what I ordered. I ordered an all black cake, velvet with cream cheese in the middle and sparkles all over. The baker got my age wrong. It said 30 and it was supposed to be 33. Luckily the front girl was able to fix it. The cake was supposed to be whip frosting and instead it was butter cream. The cake was dry and was not good. I paid over $60 for this cake and we live in Chandler, AZ. It was disappointing but again the cake was very beautiful. Another thing that was disappointing was that I mention to the front girl on Sunday that it was unfortunate and we were heading back home Monday morning and she said we could stop by and talk to thw owner and she would leave a note for the owner to see if she could refund me. The website shows bakery is closed on Monday's.. maybe she made a mistake. Below is a picture of the cake.

Went in here at noon on Sunday to order some éclairs and ice cream. The employee was sitting at the register licking their thumbs repeatedly. We walked out. Please educate your employees on basic hygiene practices in the food industry.

We use Mozelle's for all our events--from business events to birthday parties! Cakes, cookies, and more...the treats are always the hit and there are NEVER leftovers. I love the customization for special orders, they always get it perfect. :-)

Great little bakery! Came in today with my husband and bought a chocolate cream puff and a latte. Coffee was ok, but the pastry was delicious so we went in and grabbed another cream puff. The reason for the 4 stars was because out of the two ladies serving, one of them was very unpleasant to interact with. The other one was the complete opposite. Hope they find someone who actually knows how to talk to people without having such a miserable face while doing it.

I had written a review before and I couldn't be more further from the truth. This bakery is pretty cool and food is spectacular. If you are in Flagstaff to do a wedding, this spot. So many things are planned for weddings and times like now, money is tight. My beautiful fiancé and I couldn't have our wedding in Flagstaff anymore. This bakery gave back our refund and was very understanding. I can't tell you how much of a breath of fresh air that is.

Mozelle's did an AMAZING job for our wedding! They made us beautiful desserts, including unique and personalized cake flavors, a chocolate lava cake, and an assortment of cookies and other treats. The team also decorated our cake and tables beautifully!
We were especially blown away by Mozelle's creativity and willingness to make custom, delicious appetizers for us. They were very easy to work with while ordering and let us taste everything beforehand. I would definitely recommend working with Mozelle's for catering needs or just to stop into the shop for a delicious treat!

The bakery itself is cute but the pastries are very bland and lack flavor. They say everything is made from scratch but it does not taste thst way. The customer service is lacking. Looking at other reviews and seeing the concedencing and sarcastic responses from the owner towards reported issues, I can see where the poor customer service and disrespect towards customers comes from. There are much better bakeries in the area to support that actually appreciate and respect their customers

It was so delicious and I knew it would be the moment I saw it. It's a cute bakery with indoor and outdoor seating. Also our lattes were very delicious and service was stellar!!
