This place is awesome. Always open during the big events (New Years, 4th of July, Holiday Parade). Super family friendly. Always great service. Their Bourbon Pecan Pie during Thanksgiving is amazing!!!Kid-friendliness: Always have hot chocolate for the kids on holidays!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BAKERY. The Owner is 6 months delinquent in paying me, the vender that has supplied her business with products. The owner will not return my phone calls nor answer emails requesting payment for the products she received and sold to her customers. The owner is all smiles when she promises to have a check ready for pick up the next day, but never delivers on her promise. I have withdrawn all my products from her business. For delicious baked goods, visit Foret' on Phoenix Avenue. They carry my products, are delightful folks to work with and they pay their bills every month without a fuss.

Order taking leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered a mountain themed cake with fondant and received some blue ghosts with pearls. I call the bakery and was informed I wasn't willing to pay for the extra fee. I never told them I wasn't willing to pay for the extra. I asked for a quote on a mountain themed cake with fondant and was quoted $72 and I agreed. I called the day before pickup and the person confirmed my order and the use of fondant. No other discussion of cost was had. I'm sure it's delicious but it's definitely not what I ordered.

I called Mozelle's for a very last-minute GF birthday cake. They made a very beautiful and tasty cake the same day. They also made an adorable Elmo cake for my daughter's birthday. They have a surprisingly good selection of gluten-free pastries. I've tried several GF and non-GF items, and been happy with all. We tend to drop in any time we are downtown.

They have some options for some allergies. They let you read the ingredients if they aren't sure. If you need help they are very helpful and patient. It smells wonderful and is the sweetest decoration. ?

We ordered an 8" birthday cake that was disliked by everyone it was served to. The vanilla cake was very dense and the chocolate buttercream frosting and filling were overly sweet. None of the 10 people it was served to ate the entire slice and no one wanted to take the rest of the cake home. It was thrown out. $48 down the tubes. I called to tell them and all they could say was that's what everyone else got. There was no attempt to make up for this whatsoever in any way and even their apology was insincere. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone.

We ordered the cranberry scone, chocolate eclaire and coffee cake. All were dry and seemed to be stale and days old. Coffee was also terrible! The gal that checked us out was also very reserved and not very friendly. We are avid foodies and was quite surprised by the lack of freshness in what was offered at this spot. There were also ladders in the lobby and huge boxes in the middle of tables making it very unwelcoming.

We got lemon bars and a few cookies,the quality was good, however....as we entered it was about 1:00) the bakery the lights were off,the case was dark and very little selection,we had a difficult time seeing the items in the case. The employees were sitting in the back and seemed reluctant to interrupt their conversation to help us.The interiors were sad. a bit dusty and in need of paint. They had a cute idea,and the location is great,but they really need to refresh EVERYTHING!!Most likely we won't be returning.
