I discovered NiMarcoâs Pizza on the way back from the Grand Canyon passing through Flagstaff to Phoenix.
I called in my order & through that process got a gentleman on the phone. I gave him the order. Medium Half Pepperoni w/ hot honey and half Garyâs Special No Olives or Mushrooms. Three times I told him medium Flagstaff Crust.
When I arrived at the store I was greeted by an unfriendly young woman. When she got the pizza I said that a medium? No, itâs a large. Well I ordered a medium, well I got to pay for a large. Two people a large specialty thatâs is only half a specialty because the other half is pepperoni. Plus the waste. We canât eat all that and paying for wasted food. Frustrating when itâs not my mistake.
The Pizza: The Flagstaff Crust was magnificent. Crispy bottom & sturdy to hold the toppings. The Half that was pepperoni & Hot Honey had plenty of honey and it added that spicy sweet flavor. The sauce is excellent and paired with the crust & sauce was delicious.
The Garyâs Special with Pepperoni, sausage, onions, & bell peppers was a phenomenal pie. Fresh vegetables, nice sauce, meat, and cheese. Perfect pie.
I would definitely recommend the pizza. They only have one size apparently and itâs large. I did tell the lady and it was thereâs nothing I can do attitude. Well I would rather not pay for something I didnât ask for.
Also be friendly, I get itâs busy and maybe your job sucks, but your attitude sucks worse. Be glad you have a job and that place has great pizza so you should be happy.

Second review. The East location has consistently poor service. They do not care about your questions or concerns, each and every time. Today, when ordering I asked some simple questions and was responded with attitude and hostility. I simply asked if the buy one get one half off was still going on as I didnât see it in the menu. The cashier seemed annoyed and snarked back that they donât do that deal on holidays (Labor Day really). So I still ordered and when I didnât leave a tip she did that âhumphâ sound. This location has been consistently bad for us. Maybe itâs a racism issue against brown people but I cannot say for sure. I have past reviews under different emails because Google only lets one review per email. Like night and day, the West location is superb with their service, even when they are busy. One Sunday afternoon, a couple of weeks ago, we went there and they were slammed with no tables available. But, they answered all of my questions and were honest about the wait and even cleaned tables off when we told them that the available ones were super dirty. They even gave us extra ranch for our salad. Super polite and very helpful. We waited for our four slices to be made and it was not a big deal. It did not feel like we were bothering them at all. The East location is the complete opposite. If Management reads this, tell the adult kids at the East location to do better.

The service was prompt, and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. We tried several pizza slices along with the chicken wings. The food was flavorful and enjoyable at first, but unfortunately, I experienced significant stomach discomfort afterward. It's possible the wings or the type of oil used may not have agreed with me, as it led to digestive issues. Regrettably, due to this experience, I won't be returning.

Nice place to catch a pizza, wings or salad. It was convenient for my wife and I as we were staying at the Dayâs Inn right next door. We had the small salads that fill us up fine. I added chicken for $1.50 to my Caesar Salad. My wife got a slice of pizza with green chili that did the trick. Lots of tvs and they serve beer.

If you are Native, they will ignore you. I came here for a bday party for my daughter and when we waited in line they skipped us and took the blonde lady and her family and asked if she needed help. I wanted to leave right there but my party didnât so I stayed and more ignoring the whole time we were there.
At the register the tall brunette girl with a braid was so unfriendly and cold like she didnât want us there. I tipped 15% and shouldâve went lower. When we sat I noticed they asked everyone else if they wanted boxes, etc. they never ever came to our table. I shouldnât left at most a 10% tip and I split half my check so it wasnât too bad. I usually tip well over 20%. Iâll never eat here again. I get treated far better at Fratellis and the people are a lot cooler and opening and the vibe is just great there. That is where we usually have our parties. The only person that treated us nicely was the guy handing us out pizza he seemed like the only friendly person there. Our school also comes here for school trips. I will tell them to look elsewhere.
