Food is great and I was a regular but they are never open and have moved out of the mall and did not post a sign or keep up with google maps don’t go here it’s a waste of time!!

Everywhere online says they close at 7:00pm on a Monday. A Rochester native and I got there at 6:15pm, they had all of their equipment shut down and while they were trying to accommodate us they were out of most of the food items necessary for our order. The owner argued with us for 15 minutes while the cook was trying to please us until we eventually left out of frustration. On top of the horrible service many menu items were not available including white hots. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Got the cheeseburger, wasn't all that great. Tasted frozen. I hear the other sandwiches are wonderful. Will try again but pass on the frozen burger patty.

The cashier yelled "I speak English" at me when I could not understand his speech and accent. He was also very rude afterwards. A fellow employee attempted to help me but said cashier shoo'ed him away.

How can people eat this? Read the reviews and people talk good about this place. The food was taste less and filled with oil. I could cook another meal with the oil that came off my food.
