Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is our favorite dining place in Flagstaff. To eat here is always a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We’re traveling from Chicago (group of 5), and is doing a long drive from Las Vegas to Sedona. Made a quick stop at Olive Garden, and would say that this location and the ambience was great, compared to the ones I’ve been to in the past. Food was so so, a little salty on the breadstick, but the servings were big. So if you have small appetite like my parents, I think it’s best to share :)

I would say the highlight of our dine in experience was MEGAN! ☺️ she was the friendliest and most attentive server I had in a long time. She was very kind and sweet, and her service was amazing🩷🩷 I hope she gets recognized for her service and hardwork. If you’re ever on this location and have Megan as your service, you’ll be in good hands.

The food was excellent and the portions were still giving very much Olive Garden. It was a busy night so some bigger parties were waiting for a table but my party was able to be seated quickly since we were a small group. It was a busy night so there were a couple extremely minor mistakes but they were remedied appropriately and with a smile.

Not a huge deal, but shortly after we were seated a family was seated right next to us and they had some kids who hadn’t quite gotten a handle on their inside voices. We could have asked to have been moved or something but just didn’t want to bother with the hassle. That’s the only reason I rated “atmosphere” at four stars. But I understand, young families gotta have a chance to go out to eat too.

I had a very good experience during my visit. Most of the staff was nice and Valerie my server was great. She was very attentive and had an excellent attitude.

Quick and tasty! We picked up a Togo order and the process was easy. We ordered the food, pulled up to the designated pick up spots and checked in virtually. The staff that brought out the order was pleasant and kind. Going to Olive Garden you can always expect good service and food!

Excellent service. NO time waiting for tables. And order to table was like fast food dining as far as the timing. I had a wonderful time is all I'm implying.
