Stopped here for a bite before a meeting, and after I ordered I realized I might have mis-estimated the time until my meeting. When I mentioned this to the friendly waitress, she said she would check, came back to tell me the kitchen would make it a priority. The food came out in short order and still tasted great. Very thankful for the help and tipped accordingly.

We went on an average Monday night and they were well staffed. It still took 50+ minutes for two thin crust pizzas and we never saw our server for longer than that. And then the pizza was lukewarm.

Food is delicious. This is the first time visiting this location and was promptly greeted when I enter the pick up area and another team member made sure I was being helped . Food only took a couple minutes after I arrived and order was correct. Can wait to visit in the restaurant next time .

My wife and I had the toasted ravioli appetizer and shared a 14” thin crust pepperoni pizza and the Big Rig Pasta. Easily enough food for two meals each and then some.
The pasta had a slight spiciness which made it very flavorful. The thin crust pizza was solid.

Love the atmosphere most of our food was great... still confused how and why the canolies brought out separately had cilantro on them. Biggest detractors was service. So disappointed. Our waitress was basically non existent. Asked her 2 different times plus a gentleman for a to go box finally snagged another young lady to grab it for us. My mother inlaw waited FOREVER to get her change back to leave a way too generous tip the waitress blaming it on the register despite the fact we watched her help another large group pay their bill after us and before getting the change and serve the other group. Like just be honest if you're busy. Why lie? Wanted to ask to get our drinks to go but after the wait for change and a simple box we just decided it wasn't worth it and went and bought drinks from the gas station. We were there to celebrate my husband getting an incredible award and it was just sooo disappointing.

This place was really great, the pizza was delicious! I ordered a Chicago style pizza, but it didn't come that way. When i asked about it, I got some excuse that they just changed the way that did Chicago style pizza. Which then makes it not Chicago style... oh well, it was still tasty. Our server was excellent even though she was busy. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the lewd decore on the walls and ceilings was really inappropriate and unprofessional. We had kids with us, and they don't need to see anything like that.

Oregano’s makes me feel like “The Rat Pack”: Sinatra, Bishop, Martin, Davis, Lawford. Legit Food: Italian/American with a Southwestern flair. Atmo like a speakeasy. Affordable. And the staff so friendly that you may feel right at home!
I rarely recommend a place. But Oregano’s? Absolutely-freakin-lootely!!
We ordered take out at the take out counter. The person working there literally did the bare minimum to take our order. On a positive note, the food was ready fairly quickly.

This is a well known chain. Served seven of us without reservations on Sunday evening. Food was good and served at the appropriate temperatures. Ambiance is fun even if similar to the rest of the country where these restaurants are. What really set this visit apart was the server! Margo was amazing! Great customer service! Perfect timing for checking in and providing refills. Great attitude and handled friendly harassment like a champ. Always fun to find a server with a great personality and the ability to communicate! Fun experience for our whole family group.

We do take away/to go orders here whenever we come up to Flagstaff from Sedona. IMO they were one of the top two pizza places in Sedona until it that location closed during COVID. Their deep dish is the best I've ever had, no exaggeration. You can eat it by hand, no fork required! The amount of toppings was fantastic. How the crust holds up under all those toppings is a marvel.
