We had a group of 9 and everyone's dinner came out except for mine. They assured me it would be out shortly.I watched everyone finish their meal with no server to be found. I had to track her down. After that the management decided 20% was what the inconvenience deserved.Terrible customer satisfaction. Shame on owner.

The ambience was excellent. We ordered big rig pasta and garlic bread. The garlic bread was really good and pasta was average.

The food has gone a little downhill. My take out order looks, tastes, and has the consistency of a meal that was prepared long before I actually arrived although i showed up 5 minutes before my sheduled pick-up time. I got the Ziti, and there is almost no sauce, and the noodles are all stuck together. I'm highly disappointed.

I have loved Oregano’s basically since they opened in Tempe, AZ. I go back and forth from Utah to Arizona many times throughout the year, ALWAYS stopping at Oregano’s in Flagstaff, AZ. My husband and I get the sMe thing every single time and we look forward to our order every single time. Until today (3.30.24). Once again (they tried this before and went back) they freaking changed to Coke from Pepsi. I don’t drink a lot of soda, but their Pepsi was perfect. And I’m sad.
I love Oregano’s !!! Definitely is a must go to !!! Alfredo the dark is my favorite and is always the best !!! Mav is the most professional manager and upholds the best customer service !!! Go check them out !!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Don't use their wait list it's not accurate. We got on their wait list when it said 10-20mins wait at 6:30pm we arrived at Oregano's at 7pm it was 7:30pm and we were still not seated. We ended up leaving. The host kept side eyeing us but never did we hear an apology for the wait or an estimated wait time.

This was my first time visiting an Oregano’s and I have to say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.The Alfredo the Dark with Chicken was what I chose, while the rest of my group shared a Numero One-o pizza. Each item was delicious and I really wish we had one of these restaurants in Oklahoma or Texas.Chandler and Emily took care of us while we were there and I highly recommend requesting one of them to be your server.
