Absolutely disorganized mess. These folks just do not know how to handle a rush and online orders at the same time. It’s a complete break down. Don’t bother ordering online, you will watch the line go through multiple times while you wait for a food order the app says is done.

There is seating inside, but this is mainly a take-out place. It's very plain, and you go through a buffet line to choose your main dishes. The food is decent, reasonably priced and service is generally fast. Great when you don't want to cook. Servings are large, so we usually get two meals out of it.

They had recently been slammed, it was obvious by what was left when we arrived. We were met with a smiles and after placing our order the things missing were politely called out by the front line and came from the back FAST! The workers were having fun banter and good clean conversation while taking care of each customer in an attentive way. It felt as if everyone there liked their job and their coworkers, even the sweet gal sweeping mounds of food from under the table next to us. We thanked her for what she does having to clean after people like that and she was smiling and not complaining at all. We HIGHLY recommend this Panda Express!

I really wish that these restaurants would do online orders differently because what the hell is the point of ordering your food 45 minutes early and then going in the restaurant and still having to stand there and wait a lot like some of us again are on a lunch break and you’re cutting into it because you’re not ready. Like why have mobile ordering at all if you’re not gonna be ready and you can’t handle your flow correctly.

The cashier (Nikole P) had a very nasty attitude. First, she gave us the wrong order. Then, she gave us the wrong change back. After this, she gave us a nasty look, as if it was our fault.

I didn't expect what I got, considering all the questionable negative reviews before mine. I am on the road and was looking to spend around $10 on a predictable lunch close to the freeway that didn't require parking fees. As soon as I got in the door, I noticed how clean it was. I was greeted within 3 seconds of standing there. I used the bathroom while waiting for my order and enjoyed an immaculately clean, single user bathroom. Unnecessary to engender so I hope to see a family use sign on both next time Im in town. My order was done by the time I came out of the bathroom, around 5 minutes. Worker wished me a good day and asked me if I needed anything else. Napkins, straws, utensils, stocked.
Also the food was PHENOMENAL. Best tasting Panda Express ever!! I got a plate with String Beans & Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and white rice. Very fresh, very flavorful, great texture.
Panda Express needs vegetarian options on the whole tho.

Pop-standard panda, everything was normal except my staple option. Have to take a full star off due to the over-spiced orange chicken. Most fine dining establishments such as this provide fantastic, cookie-cutter recipes that are dependable and reputable. I am disappointed the chicken was not up to code, though chef Mike did a slap-dash job in the continuing of my meal the next day. The rice was excellent, would recommend.

Absolute trash service. More than half of the time you go here you have to wait 10-30 minutes extra for your food and they don’t seem to care. Almost every time I go through the drive thru, I had to wait in the parking lot forever for them to bring out food, and half of the time they don’t, so I have to walk in and ask where the hell my food is. If you order online, they will mark your order complete, then have you wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Every worker here should be fired. Every manager here should be fired.

We had our food delivered tonight and the order was wrong! I ordered Pepper Chicken and what I got was cut up chicken that was like rubber, hopefully not raw but it was not Pepper Chicken as I get this all the time but not sure I can go back now… very disappointed!!
