Chaotic and disorganized. There was no line, people just standing around. I couldn't tell where to order. When l asked staff, they didn't know either. I had to ask a customer. When l finally did order, they were out of what l wanted. I've been waiting near the cash register for 20", there's a crowd, no line. My still empty container came up to be paid for, but l'm unable to fight through the crowd to get to the cash register. I walked out of the place without food. Disgusted.

I understand that doordash and panda are two different brands but at the same time there is NO REASON that you should cancel an order at 9:30 when you close at 11….. this is unacceptable when you are the last place open and you promise your customers one thing but do another. please do better panda.

We were passing through Flagstaff and decided to get panda before headed to the hotel. It took them literally 52 minutes to get our food out. The line was ridiculously long, the employee there didn't seem to care because she waited until the bowl was empty to request more food. To make.matters worse, we didn't even get an apology. Very disappointed with the service.

Horrible experience at the woodlands location, waited over half an hour just to find out the manager used up all the food to complete online orders instead of catering to the 15 people they had in line. Place was poorly ran, tables were dirty, the staff were very disgruntled and customers were being mistreated. Never gain panda!!

My family wanted to eat here. We ordered online and we got to Panda to pick up our order, we asked to use the restroom comin in from Phoenix. The manager didnt allow us to use the restroom as it was closed. She was very RUDE!..
