They’ve messed our order up multiple times, it’s becoming ridiculous.
The foods good but the service is bad.

We asked for a specific entree on the side, (I take the side) he picks something I can’t eat due to a mild allergy but they only ever get it right if it’s not busy.

Don’t go when it’s busy, if something runs out you’ll end up waiting no less then 30min if they even remember you’re waiting.

I used to love Panda Express but the last 2 times I've been the orange chicken is all breading no chicken. Guess when I have a choice between Panda and Chipotle I'll go with Chipotle.

As I went to pay for my meal I asked what are the largest drink cups you have, she handed me a cup and said this one I said okay I grabbed it bc she handed it to me which is the normal thing to do if someone hands you something you grab it.. I asked if I could get it filled with the refreshment water behind the counter, she said no, she said that was for the other cups (I was not aware that there was a different large cup for the refreshers behind the counter I thought all the cups were the same for both fountains just different sizes small medium large drinks). I tried handing her the cup back and asked if I could just purchase one large refresher drink they sell behind the counter and she said yes and also told me I still had to pay for the first cup she handed me bc I touched it and that she couldn’t take it back (I mean you handed it to me you could have mentioned that you had two separate large cups for two different fountain drinks. one for the fountain drinks that are self serve and the other cups for the refreshers behind the counter) i said no I’m not paying for this cup if I’m not able to get the refreshment drink in it. She said yes you are you have too, and it was just a back n fourth thing.. at this point I cancelled the drink she got extremely annoyed on top of already being annoyed to begin with, she got both cups stacked them together and slammed them in the trash behind her and smiled at me. I never touched the second cup at all so there was no need for her to even throw it away or even slam both cups in the trash the way she did, I guess it was her way of dealing with the situation which was very unprofessional and made me feel bad to the point I lost my appetite I payed for my food and left. When someone asks for a large drink please make it clear you have two separate size cups that go to two different fountain drinks if she had done that it would have avoided all this, I really wanted a refresher and I walked out without one bc I was very upset at the treatment I was given. And I also don’t think its right she goes to the cook and other girl who was making the orders and tell them about the situation and they all stare at me when she never tried to correct or fix it made my wait time super uncomfortable(atmosphere). Take the time to explain the drinks to the customers. Her name is Angela, if I could give zero stars to her I would for how she treated me!!!

I came in 1 hour and a half before they closed and they were already closing shop. I asked if they were going to refill their meats and I was told they couldn't until it was all gone. Every selection of meat they had was basically scraps, on top of that the food was cold and have been sitting there for quite some time. The staff was kind but not helpful. With limited options to eat at 9:30pm, they should step their game up or close earlier than said since they can't keep fresh food.

I ordered food on door dash and the teriyaki chicken was under cooked. Definitely not satisfied with my food.

Don't place an online order. This is my 3rd time trying it and something always goes wrong. This time I receive my text to pick up. I get there and they have no order. They argue that I sent it to the wrong store. I show my emails and text messages. They did apologize and only took 20 more minutes of waiting but don't give me my entire order. Yes i left, at least I got food right? I mean that's what the lady said to me. Don't even want to go in and order at this point.

Tables and floors are absolutely filthy, trash as well as food everywhere. Not just at one table but all of them.

Delicious food prepared live! Super greens is a great vegetarian option! Kale, brocoli and cabbage.

We came in at 9:30pm, the staff was rude and dismissive. They were out of almost everything despite not being that close to close. The lady taking our order was rude and the lady who rang us up had so much attitude. We were going to sit down and eat but the atmosphere was uncomfortable so we left.
