I ordered a plate with white rice, honey walnut shrimp and teriyaki chicken and didn't get the teriyaki chicken at all in my box.. I understand that this establishment was busy at the time I went there but I paid for this entree and didn't receive it!!

I come here 1 to 2 times per week. The line may get long at times and they may run out of certain items (which is usually just a couple minutes for fresh cooked stuff), but this is one of very few establishments around that ive found to be consistently good. 3 stars for atmosphere because it gets crammed inside. Otherwise 5

Utter chaos. Computers weren’t working. Spent 20-minutes in line for a single order. Staff was doing their best but unfortunately it left a bad taste. Don’t go unless you have time to kill.

The service was great and fast, and I totally understand that they were very busy. However, the food was awful. I got a bowl with fried rice and broccoli beef. The rice was super dry and tasted totally bland, and the broccoli beef was 90% broccoli, 10% beef. In total, I got 3 small beef pieces and a TON of broccoli. Not worth the almost $15 I spent there! :(

Placed an online order at this location on accident. When I tried to call and cancel they said that wasnt possible
Lady at the register was good, however server was careless and lazy. Instead of reminding to provide sweet and sour sauce, she still forgot to do it.
