Drive thru let you wait for a 15 minutes to wait , looks like online order gets priority over the customers inside or drive, employees are rude no customer service I decided to spend my money somewhere else, don’t waste your time and money there

I wanted them to help me by selling me something to eat, since I come from old age and my car is a truck. therefore it is impossible to enter by the self-service. even though I could tell them through the screen of my phone, they did not want to attend me.

Seems the drive thru and online orders get priority over in store customers. Attempted lunch but was left waiting in a 5 person line for almost 10 minutes without the employees addressing anyone in the line the entire time.

I very rarely eat this food due to carbs, so when I do I really hope it’s bomb! It did not disappoint! The noodles are the best in the west!! We are having dinner there tomorrow night! Yum!

Our drive-thru order was assembled quickly and correctly. We both enjoyed a String Bean and chicken bowl - one with chow mein and one with fried rice. I'll definitely go back to enjoy another bowl!

It's fine for fast food, but I don't understand how the drive thru is always so ridiculously slow when the food is pre-made and there's not that many cars. Are they constantly running out?
