I grew up eating PPP so I was excited to find one in Flagstaff. After our second visit, we probably won't be back though. Both times the pizza was undercooked, which leads to poorly melted cheese. That's the picture posted. It was gloopy and gummy, without the textural contrast of a crispier crust. Just feels lazy. Plus, a personal pizza and a medium came to more than $30. Sheesh!
The restroom (ladies) was really gross. Used paper towels over flowing, 1 of 2 toilets was stopped up?Stood by pizza pick up area for 10 min, waiting to speak to management.Used napkins in gaming area, greasy controllers on games.The parmesan cheese and chili shakers were literally all empty or full of crumbs.I understood there was a birthday party going on as well, but it could have been cleaner, friendlier.....
